Bersantai Villas are perfectly located on “the hill” in Jungut Batu Nusa Lembongan. 2 minute walking distance to Coconuts beach, the famous surf breaks, waterfront restaurants and right next door to "The Deck" Cafe and bar.

The popular "Spring Spa" located just 2 doors down from Bersantai Villas. Facials, massages and pampering.

Friendly local staff onsite daily to arrange all of your water sports, activities, in room massage, dinner reservations, scooter hire and anything else you may need.
Our staff are all Indonesian. We pride ourselves on a traditional experience. While being around if you need us, but giving you privacy.

At Bersantai Villas you can choose between 1 and 2 bedroom villas. Or if you have a large group or family the entire complex can be booked. The entire property consists of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 3 pools, sleeping up to 14 people.

Changes are subject to any rate difference. Any high season rate difference to be paid by the guest. If the trip is downgraded to a low season rate. No refund is provided to make up the balance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will receive a refund, less a 20% cancellation fee based on the full booking value.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are eligible for a refund, less a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Change of Date:
One change of date per booking is permitted.
A fee of $50 AUD applies.
The balance paid will be credited toward the new dates, adjusted to the rate applicable at that time.

Please note: In the event of flight disruptions or cancellations, guests must refer to their travel insurance policy. We do not offer full refunds for travel-related interruptions.
