If you are heading to Lahad Datu (the gateway to Danum Valley and other lovely natural spots within this district) and would like clean and cozy place to stay, Bike and Tours Bed and Breakfast offer rooms at affordable prices. We have taken the time to decorate and set up necessary items in the rooms and the home itself to make your stay a comfortable stay here.Bike and Tours Bed and Breakfast have five comfortable fully furnished rooms with air conditioner and equipped with love just waiting for you to stay. Fresh linen and towels are of course provided. We offer complimentary delicious hearty breakfast and free flow of selected coffee and tea. In addition to that we make it convenient for you by providing complimentary airport pick up or pick up from the bus station. Laundry service is provided at an extra charge.We have a small pool nestled in our lovely rainforest like garden should you decide to relax before or after your jungle adventure. Bike and Tours Bed and Breakfast is located just minutes away from eatery places, airport and the national park main offices like the Danum Valley and Tabin offices. Terms & Conditions

Arrival & Departure
Your accommodation is available to you from 2pm on the day of arrival and up to 11.00am on the day of departure. Early check in or late departure depends on availability at additional RM30 charge per room.Your bill for any extras or services taken during your stay is payable upon departure.

Damages and Breakages
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge, or we may send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We may make an additional charge if you did not report this.

Smoking
Please note that we are a Non Smoking Property. A fine of RM500 will be charged for anyone found smoking in the property (Bedrooms, bathroom, living hall). You are welcome to smoke outside.

Liability
We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Payment Policy

Payment Details
For all reservations we require full payment within 7 days from which the reservation is made to secure the bookings. We will issue you an invoice via PayPal for the payment and email you the confirmation as soon as we receive the payment.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made for any cancellations requests made less than 30 days from the scheduled commencement date of your tour/stay. This includes any cancellation as a result of the inavailability of flights, cancellation of flights or force majeure.  You are strongly advised to obtain independent travel insurance.
