Terms & Conditions
BILLINUDGEL HOTEL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Check-in time is from 2pm-9pm. Check-out must be completed no later than 10am. To check in or out, please see our staff at the main bar. If you require a later check-in, please call us on 02 6680 1148 and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to an additional fee.
2. Please note, all of our rooms have shared bathroom and kitchenette facilities.
3. Pets are not permitted to stay overnight in our accommodation, no exceptions. We only allow pets on our ground floor during operating hours.
4. Our rooms are located on the second floor of the building and are only accessible by stairs.
5. Guests may not bring their own alcohol into the Hotel. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from our main bar. Any outside alcohol will be confiscated.
6. All of our rooms are non-smoking. There is strictly no smoking allowed anywhere upstairs. Guests may only smoke in designated smoking areas located on the ground floor.
7. Guests are permitted to bring their own food into the Hotel as long as it is consumed upstairs. Only meals that have been purchased from our kitchen may be eaten downstairs.
8. We are not able to enforce quiet hours until after we have closed the bar. Please expect to hear a moderate amount of pub noise from your room, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights.
9. After we have closed the bar, you may only exit or enter through the external staircases located on the right and left sides of the building. Using the interior stairs will trigger our alarm system and incur a $100 fee.
10. We reserve the right to bill guests for property damage and/or cleaning services that extend beyond normal housekeeping.
11. Inappropriate and/or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated in our establishment. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund at any time if our management deems it necessary in order to keep the peace.
Kitchen Hours: 12pm-2pm & 5:30pm-8pm
Bar Hours: 10am-12am (subject to close earlier on weekdays)
Quiet Hours: 12am-7am
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled reservation date. If you request to cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled reservation date, you will be charged the price of the first night of your booking.
