5. Each apartment is designed for single or couple occupancy, with one queen-sized bed in the bedroom.
Payment Policy
1. 30% of the total reservation amount may be charged any time after booking.
2. Balance of total reservation amount to be paid prior or on arrival.
3. By arrangement with owners:
Deposits and total amounts of reservations can be made by direct deposit into our bank account, or cash, or by supply and authorisation of credit card details, Visa and Mastercard - AMEX cards add 3% surcharge to total reservation amount.
Cancellation Policy
Applicable cancellation Policy;
1. Cancellations received more than 21 Days prior to arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
2. Cancellations received within 21 Days of arrival will incur 100% cancellation fee.
3. 30% of the total reservation amount may be charged any time after booking.
