Terms & Conditions
GUESTHOUSE POLICY
️ 1.) Check-In & Out: Check-in is within 2:00pm to 9:00pm. Check out is 12:00nn. Guests can leave their luggage while waiting for the check-in time . We strictly follow our check -in and check out time.
2.) Any extension is subject to room and rate availability. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to a corresponding additional charge and room availability.
3.) Deposit Policy: Pay Before Stay. We require all guests to pay during check-in. We accept Cash or Bank Transfer.
4.) Key & Keycard: Guests are provided with a key & keycard upon check-in. However, we require guests to return both key & keycard to the front desk whenever leaving the guesthouse.
5.) Smoking Policy: Guest rooms, function rooms, lobby, stairs and hallways of the building are strictly Non-Smoking. If smoking has occurred in the room, the penalty fee will be the respective nightly room rate. This ban includes vaping and other strong odors (ex: smelly foods like durian, marang and dried fish). 6.) Smoking is only prohibited at the canteen and parking area
6.) Only up to 2 children below 4 feet are free of charge when using existing beds.
7.) Unregistered Guests or Joiners: You are advised to refrain from entertaining in your room any stranger who is not known to you. For the protection of our guests, we have made a policy not to allow unescorted joiners (by registered occupant) to enter the guest room. Unregistered guest or joiners are not allowed to stay overnight inside guestrooms.
8.) Be watchful of your own belongings. B&J Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
9.) Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the B&J Guest House caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
10.) Please help us conserve water supply and electricity. When not in use or when leaving the room, please turn off faucets, airconditioners and other appliances.
11.) Cooking food and using heating appliances like burners and clothes iron is not allowed within rooms to prevent fires.
Payment Policy
Payments made at the hotel are to be paid in cash.
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellation Fee 7 days from check-in date. Cancellation within 2 days from check-in date will be charged 50% of the entire stay.
Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and will be charged 100% (Non-refundable).
