If you prefer something more spacious for just the two of you, upgrade to the Vineyard Retreat with two large leather lounges to stretch out on by the wood fire and a hammock for each of you on the deck. Rate includes the use of one large bedroom and contemporary ensuite (the other bedroom and ensuite will be closed off). Enjoy your own private vineyard views whilst sipping your favourite wine.

The retreat also features a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a real wood combustion fire. The large deck with quality Weber BBQ overlooks the Blackwattle boutique vineyard and has fabulous views of the Brokenback mountain range.

Terms & Conditions
Blackwattle is a privately owned estate and we value our guest's privacy, therefore, paying guests only are allowed on the property.
Extra charges will apply if management is not notified in advance of friends or family of guests being invited onto the property.
Your booking and tariff is for two people in the sunset retreat, and two to four people in the vineyard retreat.
Special offer “one couple bookings” in the vineyard retreat includes the use of the whole retreat, excluding one bedroom/bathroom, which will be closed off.
No bond is payable, however, guest are responsible for costs due to damage or breakages of any items over $20. Any charges due to damage or breakages will be debited from your credit card within 2 weeks of your check out date.
Check-in time is no earlier than 2pm, and check-out time is 10am. Please understand this is necessary for servicing of the retreats, and is largely non-negotiable due to external cleaning company schedules.
To avoid any excess cleaning charges we ask that you leave the retreat in a similar condition to which you found it on arrival. All used kitchen items are to be washed thoroughly and packed away. All rubbish is to be placed in the outside bins prior to leaving. Excess cleaning charges will apply if the cottage is left in unreasonable condition.
Costs associated with return of items left on property after departure is the responsibility of guests.
By booking Blackwattle Luxury Retreats, this means you accept our terms and conditions.
Payment Policy
Blackwattle Luxury Retreats requires a 50% deposit of the total tariff to confirm a booking. The credit card details provided by you at time of booking will be debited by 50% of the total cost.
Credit card payments incur a 1.1% service fee
Your accommodation balance will be charged to your credit card one day prior to arrival.
Balances can also be paid by direct deposit to avoid the 1.1% surcharge but must be deposited 1 week in advance to

The credit card details you provide when booking will be held as guarantee of your booking and will be debited as per our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
We are a small boutique business so cancellations and date changes can affect us greatly. Please read our Cancellation Policy thoroughly. By booking Blackwattle Luxury Retreats, this means you agree to the following Cancellation Policy.
*Cancellations or date changes 28 days or more prior to stay - deposit is fully refundable less a $50 admin fee.
*Cancellations or date changes 14 to 28 days prior to stay - if the retreat can be rebooked, deposit is fully refundable less a $50 admin fee. If the retreat cannot be rebooked, deposit will be forfeited.
*Cancellations or date changes less than 14 days prior to stay - deposit will be forfeited.
*Cancellations on concert weekends - deposit is non refundable for bookings cancelled less than 3 months out from the concert weekend.
* Should changes need to be made due to Covid-19 government policies we will do our best to accommodate these changes but cannot guarantee and supplements will apply if rebooked over higher rate period
