Terms & Conditions

A minimum two-night stay applies to all bookings unless otherwise agreed to by management.

Maximum number of guests are as follows: Athol Cottage: 2pax (adults) The Dairy: 4 Pax (adults) unless otherwise agreed to by management.

A deposit of 50% of the accommodation / tariff (and or any additional extras) is required to confirm reservations. No reservation is processed pending this transaction.

Thereafter the deposit the balance owing will be charged to the credit card holder seven days prior to arrival. Cash transactions need to be agreed to and confirmed by the guest to management within the same seven-day period prior to arrival.

An inventory declaration is given by request to the credit card holder on arrival agreeing to the detailed report of itemized property. Any lesser discrepancy of property in the itemized report will be charged on the credit card within 72 hours following departure. Any damage to fixtures or property loss, Blair Athol Estate reserves the right to charge the credit card holder to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.

Golf buggies are available to guests. Any or all damages to the Buggie and or property are the responsibility of the guest. They are to be used only in the areas detailed upon arrival, failure to abide by these conditions will result in the removal of the Buggie from the package inclusions. At no stage are the Buggies to be taken off the Blair Athol Estate property. Charges will apply for labour in the instance the guest has taken the Buggie past zoned area, run the battery dead whereby the vehicle needs to be towed.

An excessive cleaning charge of $50 - $150 will be charged to the credit card holder in the circumstance where the guest has made unreasonable mess or excessive dark spillage on linens and or complimentary bath robes over the duration of stay. Smoking is not permitted in the Spa Area of Athol Cottage and an additional cleaning charge of $50 - $150 will be charged to the credit card holder where the smoke has infiltrated through to the adjoining bedroom / lounge area.

Once the name of a reservation is confirmed it cannot be changed to another third party without the consent of management 24 hours prior to arrival.

The accommodation is for adult couples (or singles) only. No children or pets are permitted at any stage of stay on the premises. Any guests arriving with children or pets will not be permitted to use the accommodation, will be requested to leave and will be forfeit all monies paid.

Blair Athol Estate prides its privacy and security offered to its guests. Any guest inviting / allowing a non paying visitor onto the properly without a day pass check-in processed via management will be asked to leave premises at the full cost of the reservation.

All food, drink and alcohol provided in the accommodation fridges are paid for in full and inclusive to the guests stay as detailed in breakfast provisions / hamper packages etc. Standard breakfast provisions can slightly vary due to seasonal availability. Breakfast provisions include, Continental pecan & maple muesli, sourdough, yoghurt and fresh berries and hearty Blair Athol Estate free-range eggs, bacon, gourmet sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans. Condiments are also included. Tomato, BBQ, salted butter, Vegemite, salt & pepper and olive oil. Orange juice, full cream milk, premium beer x 2 and premium local Sparkling Wine is provided complimentary. A small selection of chocolate is also provided. Please advise of any dietary requirements on booking of your accommodation in the comments panel. e.g. Gluten Free, no pork products

Cheese platters include min. 3 local cheeses from Two Fat Blokes and or The Smelly Cheese Co. 2 Cold meats, mustard's, beetroot relish, pickles and artisan sourdough. Please advise of any dietary requirements on booking of your accommodation in the comments panel. e.g. Gluten Free, no pork products

Arrival / Check-in from: 2:00pm & Departure / Check Out:10:00am (Where there is no reservation for 24hours a noon check out will be offered to the guest).
