Blair Athol Estate invites you to experience country hospitality in our gracious 1904 Manor House

Indulge in the Blair Athol Bed & Breakfast experience with antique furniture, ornate pressed metal ceilings, open fireplaces and cool verandahs. Sip a complimentary sherry or port, while you relax in the drawing room, parlour or breakfast room.

Explore the grounds at your leisure, viewing exotic trees planted in the 1870's, the ironstone cemetery, free-range chickens, and traditional outbuildings. Enjoy a game of tennis or outdoor chess, just for fun.

Treat yourself to a complimentary continental breakfast. We have a special dinner package at the Riverside Restaurant for Winter. Please enquire.

Terms & Conditions

For the security and safety of all guests, only guests staying at Blair Athol Estate are permitted into the buildings or on the grounds, unless prior arrangements have been made when booking your accommodation.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age without exclusive booking of the Manor.

Bookings are subject to the cancellation conditions.

Bookings are not confirmed until a credit card number has been received.

Check in time: 2:00 pm onwards (early check in by arrangement).
Check out time: by 10:00 am (later check out by arrangement).

It is a condition of occupancy that the person accepting this document agrees to the Rules of the House.

Accommodation is provided in accordance with the Traveller Accommodation Providers' (Liability) Act 2001.

Any damage to property will result in a repair or replacement fee being charged to nominated credit card

The well-being and comfort of all guests at Blair Athol Estate is important to us, therefore we have a non-smoking policy that applies.

Open fires in the bedrooms are not allowed. A cleaning fee of $500 will apply if they are used.

Blair Athol does not offer a daily service.

The Day Spa (pool, spa, sauna etc) is not included with accommodation. Bookings for the Day Spa are essential, with no children allowed and open most weekends.

Payment Policy

Accommodation and services must be paid in full prior to or at check-in.

Credit Card transactions incur a surcharge of 1.65% for Master Card & Visa & 1.8% for American Express.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Whilst we understand unexpected things can happen…

Cancellations and modifications are accepted up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

For cancellations within the 72 hour period, the first nights accommodation will be charged at full rate. If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged the night's full rate.

Discounts are not permitted for late arrivals or early departures.
