The Lovedale region hosts a number of events throughout the year, with the signature event being the famous Lovedale Long Lunch held on the third weekend in May each year. In addition, wineries conduct their own functions such as Country Music in the Vines, String Quartet in the Vines, Opera and Jazz in the Vines, olive oil promotions, pasta classes, chocolate making and other special events. The Lodge has 5 bedrooms with a choice of king/queen/single beds, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suites plus 1 shared bathroom). The very spacious living area with high cathedral ceilings has a double gas log fireplace, 46" LCD LED Large Screen TV/DVD, IPod docking station, reverse cycle air conditioning, built in bar with bar fridge and seating. There is also a full size billiard table. The large kitchen is fully equipped and the covered outdoor entertainment area has BBQ facilities and overlooks the full size tennis court and salt water pool.

The luxury Country House has 5 comfortable bedrooms, all with private en-suites. The large commercial kitchen has an ILVE cook top/oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is a spacious lounge area with a cosy gas log fire for those chilly winter nights and billiards room in the common area. The fabulous undercover outdoor entertainment area has a gas BBQ and plenty of room to dine or relax while taking in the picturesque views over our boutique vineyard and gardens.. Bluebush Estate accommodates up to 39 guests. There are 4 self contained houses of various sizes and our Country House has a large commercial kitchen which is ideal for self catering. There are 16 bedrooms in total and most have private ensuites. There are 3 Billiard tables and large outdoor covered entertaining areas with gas BBQ's. Estate facilities include saltwater pool, full size tennis and volleyball court and lovely gardens. Terms & Conditions

• The booking is to be made in the name of one person per booking and as such that person is responsible for the behaviour and safety of all his/her guests.
• The person booking the accommodation is responsible for any damages to the property and it's contents and will pay a bond of $250, either direct deposited prior to your arrival or paid in cash on arrival. This amount will be fully refunded within one week of leaving the Estate if no damages or incidentals have been incurred.

Guests must:
• Not smoke inside the house
• Adhere to strict noise cerfew of 10:30pm unless otherwise approved prior to booking. Being in a rural environment, noise travels easily. We must be considerate of other staying guests and neighbouring properties.
• Not damage or remove any property from the houses or grounds
• Not increase the number of guests in their party without prior consent of management
• Not hold a function or party without prior consent of management
• Leave the accommodation clean and tidy ie: no unwashed dishes or excessive spillages or stains on floors, carpets and furnishings
• Report any breakages and remove all rubbish from the kitchen and place in green waste bin at the rear of the house. All bottles need to be placed in the bin located near the green shed. Additional cleaning charge will apply and be deducted from your bond
• Not bring pets
• If arranging for outside contractors to attend Bluebush Estate ie hairdressers, caterers etc, management must be provided with a copy of the contractor's Certificate of Currency for Public Liability.

A mandatory Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation will apply from 18/12/2020. The Code of Conduct imposes certain behaviour standards on guests in short-term rental accommodation including:

* You must not make noise that unreasonably disrupts your neighbours
* You must not cause damage to the premises, including any common property in a strata scheme or association property in a community scheme
* You are responsible for the actions of your visitors and must ensure they comply with the behaviour standards set out in the code
* If you don’t meet your obligations under the code, you could face penalties such as warning notices, fines or being added to the exclusion register.
* A person who is listed on the exclusion register is prohibited from participating in the short-term rental accommodation industry for five years.

NSW Code of Conduct for the short-term rental accommodation:


• The owners of the property known as "Bluebush Estate", 196 Wilderness Road, Lovedale, take no responsibility for guests' personal property.
• All tariffs are inclusive of GST & are valid to 31/01/2026
• Check in time is from 2pm onwards and check out time is 10am (we will consider an earlier check in or later check out if available)

Your privacy is important to us at Bluebush Estate - all information provided to us is treated as confidential. Any details you submit to us either directly or on our web forms will not be passed to any third party and will be used only for the purpose for which you provided them.

Payment Policy

* We require 30% deposit to secure your booking. This payment will automatically be debited from the credit card provided when you made the booking.
* The balance of your accommodation will be due one month prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

* A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking. Payment of this deposit constitutes the guest's acceptance of our TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* Cancellations greater than 30 days from check-in dates will only be refundable if the dates can be resold (less a $50 administration fee). Credit can be transferred to another date (depending on availability) if we are notified a minimum of 30 days prior to the booking.
* Deposits are non refundable or transferable if a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date unless the property can be rebooked.
* All refunds attract a $50 administration fee.
