Conveniently located just south of the Qld border. In fact we are only a short 10min walk from the border. Our central location means that you can check in and just walk to everything. We are directly Opposite the Tweed Heads Bowls Club, Closest Motel Accommodation to Tweed Heads Hospital, Close to Twin Town's Club, Close to Tenpin Bowling, Close to Tweed Day Surgery, Close to the Civic and Cultural Centre, Close to the Library, Close to Southern Cross University, Close to Cooly Hotel and also very Close to Tweed Mall Shopping Centre- they are all only a short walk away. We are also within walking distance to some of the world's best swimming and surfing beaches namely Kirra, Coolangatta, Greenmount, Rainbow Bay, Snapper Rocks, Duranbah and Fingal just to name a few. A short walk to the Tweed River and you'll discover just some of the beauty this region has to offer, an excellent pathway follows the river. Heading left it will take you through to Jack Evan's Harbour and around to Twin Town's Clubs, it will then take you along the breathtaking coastline, overlooking our magnificent beaches all the way to the Tweed River mouth. Head Right at the pathway and you'll discover secluded beaches, parks and the Tweed Marina and Harbour for fresh seafood. Hungry Jack's, Thai, Chinese, Pizza, fresh seafood and Cheesecake shop are all within a 2 min walk.

If you are arriving after 7pm please give us a call so that we can issue you a security code to access your key.
We operate on NSW time during daylight saving. This is 1hour later than QLD time. This usually runs from October through to March each year

Cancellation Policy
Low Season
Deposits:
100% of the first night of the reservation will be taken on the day of the booking to confirm your reservation on the credit card details supplied
Cancellation Policy:
If less than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation then 100% of the total price of the reservation may be charged.
If more than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation then 10% of the total price of the reservation will be retained.
Peak Season: (24/12/16 - 26/01/17), (25/03/16 - 28/03/16), (04/06/16 - 13/06/16) and public holidays
Deposits:
