Terms & Conditions
The entrance to the accommodation is around the back of the Blue Pub Building and can be accessed from Kilworth Street, where you can also find off street parking.
If you require a later check in time please contact us directly to arrange (+64 3 302 8046). You must be prepaid for a late check in.
We would like to advise you to book a room more than 24 hours before arrival to avoid disappointment.
Payment Policy
Payment will be charged in full upon booking, and this will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking. Please note that a 1.95% surcharge applies for credit card transactions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up until 48 hours prior to arrival without charge. However, any cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the total cost of the stay.
A $500 cash bond may be required @ Manager’s discretion.
At any time that any guest of the hotel has broken the law or house rules they may be asked to leave the premise and no money will be refunded.
