By placing a booking with us, the guest and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as set-out. During your stay you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set-out. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a booking.

To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission.

CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 p.m.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Early check-in is offered based on availability.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at Blue Waters Inn Coron Palawan. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification ( Drivers license or passport) at check-in.

GUEST REGISTRATION:
We require valid contact information from the guest making the reservations including first and last name, address, phone number, and signature. The names of all guests occupying the room must be registered.

CHECK-OUT TIME: Room rental period expires at 12:00 noon. Additional day charge may apply for late checkout.

Payment Policy

*We only accept cash or bank transfer.
We don't accept credit card payment as of the moment.

Reservations for an overnight stay only must be fully paid in advance.

No refund will be made in reducing the number of rooms initially reserved, and on change of room type.

No show is non refundable and non rebookable.

We require a 50% down payment (NON REFUNDABLE) to secure your room reservation. You can settle your remaining balance at the hotel upon check-in.
If this option is not available for you, you can book through our online travel agency partners - Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka, Airbnb, Tripadvisor, Hotels.com etc.
Damage Fee deposit of PHP 2000 CASH is required upon check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Refund of down payment depends on how far in advance you inform us of your cancellation:

45 days prior to the actual date of stay, 75% refund
30 days prior to the actual date of stay, 50% refund
14 days prior to the actual date of stay. 25% refund
7 days prior to the actual date of stay, NO refund

In cases of cancellation due to "force mejeure", the Hotel shall not be responsible for the cancellations or failures if such cancellations which arises out of causes beyond its control. Such causes may include, but are not restricted to, acts of God or of public enemy, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, earthquakes, computer or communication failures, and severe weather.

While we cannot return your down payment in such events, conversely, you can rebook it within a 6 month period from the date of cancellation (This policy is subject to room availability).
