The Boathouse Resort is ideally located directly across the road from the Blairgowrie bay beach and Marina. The Blairgowrie village shopping precinct is only a 200m level walk with a selection of cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, post office, and art gallery, and only a short drive to Sorrento shopping village and Peninsula Hot Springs.
An on-site restaurant and bar ‘Panda’ is open for business, providing Modern Australian fare including lunch and dinner dining options from Thursday to Monday. We also have an in-ground swimming pool, complimentary BBQ facilities, and off-street parking for one vehicle per room. We are centrally located to all of the famous Wineries, Golf Courses and Hot Springs in the area.
Choice of 20 luxuriously appointed rooms upstairs or downstairs including spa, balcony, deluxe and garden suites. Separate modern bathrooms. All rooms offer a king-size bed with electric blankets. Additional bedding available upon request. Portacots subject to availability. Flat screen TV, BluRay DVD player, full climate control, full sized refrigerator, tea/coffee/toast making facilities, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. Garden suites up to 2 adults and up to 2 children using existing bedding. Great for golfers, family holidays, romantic weekends, or just for that well deserved escape. Children are welcome. Strictly no smoking in any room. 4 minutes to the Searoads Sorrento-Queenscliff car and passenger ferry service.

Our luxury-appointed King Spa Studios are located on the first floor with their own private balconies and cathedral style ceilings. Beautiful and spacious, they feature king-size beds with electric blankets, and an ensuite with a large corner jet spa bath, seperate walk-in shower, vanity and bathroom amenities including a hairdryer.

The kitchenettes have basic cooking facilities, and the appliances include a toaster, kettle, microwave oven, fridge, iron and ironing board. All your tea and coffee are supplied, including a Nespresso coffee machine with Urban Brew coffee pods, and there is free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the complex.
Car parking is provided for one vehicle onsite.

A daily housekeeping service is included in your stay.

Prepayment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable with cancellation not allowed. Date changes are permitted.

Upon reserving your room at the Boathouse Resort Studios and Suites in Blairgowrie, you as our guest agree to:

* Be considerate of other guests, ceasing all noise between 22:00 and 08:00. * Check-out time is strictly 10am, unless pre-arranged with management.
* ANY VISITORS MUST BE REGISTERED AT RECEPTION WHEN ENTERING THE BOATHOUSE RESORT. Visitors are NOT permitted to use the pool.
* Take liability for any damage or items missing from within your accommodation. A $20 handling fee applies + costs for postage of items left behind.
* Boathouse Resort will not accept any responsibility for stolen property or damage to vehicles within the grounds.
* Leave your accommodation in a clean, reasonable condition. A $200 cleaning fee may apply if anything beyond normal housekeeping is required. Rubbish bags & bins are provided in both your room & the property.
*NO SMOKING within the accommodation. Ashtrays are provided on the balconies, courtyards & outside the rooms.
Smoking in rooms will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
*We do not accept bookings for School leavers.
Check in time is from 2pm
Check out time is 10am

Payment Policy

At the time of booking a deposit amount equal to the cost of your first night stay will be required to confirm your reservation, unless it is within 48 hrs of your arrival then full payment is required.
You may be charged the full amount of your stay 24 hrs before your arrival or on the day of check in.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex
(a 3% surcharge applies on Amex cards only).

Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes cancellations need to be made. Please see our policy below:
Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival will incur the first night cost as a cancellation fee. Once inside 48hrs before arrival the total amount is due.
