Payment will be taken in full at the time of boking and proof of ID will be required on arrival.
Child Policy:
Children 11 years of age and under are free of charge when accopanied by a paying adult.
Arrival and Departure Times:
Check in time is 2pm
Check out time is 12pm
Subject to the accomodation status on the day of departure, late check-out may be available, please check with reception should you require this facility.
There may be a charge applied for a late check out.
NO-SHOW and/or un-used room nights, and/or early check-outs are NOT REFUNDABLE regardless of the season.
Damage to the Hotel Property
The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest.

All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah on a per night basis and include 10% Tax, 10% Property service charge. All accounts must be settled directly with the Bombora Suft Camp in Indonesian Rupiah.
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to the exchange rate fluctuations - This means that because we are based in Indonesia we have to convert your purchase to Indonesian Rupiah at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
