Terms & Conditions
Check in time is … 2.00 PM Guests are required to pay their remanding outstanding amount due for accommodation at time of check in.
PLEASE NOTE: it is important, to inform staff at time of booking of your arrival / departure times especially if arriving before 2.00pm or after 6.00pm.
Late check ins; please make arrangements with the manager prior to arriving to pay the outstanding balance due. Keys will not be given out unless full payment has been received. Should you be arriving late on check in, arrangements will be made for you to collect your keys, and instructions will be left for you to enable you to access your accommodation.
Check out time is ... Guests are asked to vacate rooms by 10.00am, unless late checkout has been arranged prior with management.
Check out before 9am, we ask for keys to be left in the room on departure.
Guests are advised that should the room be left in an unsatisfactory condition, a cleaning fee of $80.00 will be charged.
Boronia Lodge is located within easy walking distance of a major shopping centre, and Restaurant/café area.
Parking:
Off street parking is available on site (limited spaces) however, it is allocated on a first come first served basis. All guests who leave their cars parked on the premises must be willing to leave keys with reception to enable them to be moved if necessary.
Street parking is available after 5pm until 9am (1hr parking between the hours of 8am and 6pm)

Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, full payment must be paid on booking via credit card. All bookings require payment for us to be able to guarantee your accommodation at Boronia Lodge.
*Single night accommodation must be paid in full at the time of booking.
We accept Visa, Bankcard and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your booking, we reserve the right to charge fees as follows:
A 50% cancellation fee applies on all confirmed bookings prior to 21days notice & 100% cancellation fee within a 21day notice period
Please note, refunds are not applicable upon cancellation of single night accommodation and/or within 48hrs of your arrival date.
Should you decide for any reason to shorten your stay with us, or to check out on a day that is earlier than confirmed booking, no refund will be given for nights paid for but not used.
