PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All guest’s bookings will be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein, to form a legally binding contract between the guests and Bracha Villas Bali.

RESERVATIONS
1. Reservations may be made through our Reservation and confirmation must be made in writing, either by completing the online or by e-mail or fax.
2. To assist arrival, please ensure the following information is provided:- Number of guests ( including children )
- Guest names
- Nationality of guests
- Flight number and airline carrier
- Last port of departure
- Contact number/ e-mail address

3. Please note that Children under 16 must be accompanied by parent(s) or the appointed guardian.

4. Our Reservation will respond to any inquiry within 24 hours.
If the villa is available, detailed information including rates for the requested period and instructions to finalize your reservation will be provided.
6. It is important to confirm your reservation as soon as possible after receiving availability information.
7. Upon confirmation of your booking, an invoice will be issued with detailed payment instructions and a due date for payment.
8. Your reservation will be automatically released if payment is not made by the due date.
9. When payment has been received, a payment receipt together with a booking confirmation code will be issued to you.
10. Should you have any special requests or needs during your stay with us, please inform us accordingly.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Please take note of the following information to minimize inconvenience
Our staff will be waiting at the arrival gate with a sign board with guest name according to the Reservation made. Please identify yourself to the staff.
Check in time is 14.00 hours and check out time is 12.00 hours. Early or late checkout can be arranged subject to availability.
Late check out between 12.00 hours and 18.00 hours will be charged at 50% of the one (1) night rental rate.

GUEST REGISTRATION

It is a legal requirement under Indonesian law that all foreigners must be registered with the local authorities (police tourist) within 24 hours of arrival at the villa.
A copy of each guests passport, together with completion of a guest registration form will be requested by our staff.

USE OF THE PROPERTY

It is available for private, personal use by the registered guests only.
Explicit notice must be given at the time of making a reservation, if you intend to hold a party or event. Permission is subject to approval by management.

LIABILITY AND COMPLAINTS

It is highly recommended that guests carry travel and medical insurance as protection against any unforeseen events and circumstances such as illness, injury, flight cancellations, loss or damage to luggage and possessions and death.
Bracha Villas Bali is unreservedly not liable to substitute or refund any unused portion of accommodation or other related services.
Guests are urged is carefully check that they hold complete travel documentation
Bracha Villas Bali is not liable for any losses or refunds caused by improper documentation or any other travel related problem, including, but not limited to canceled or delayed flights.
Bracha Villas Bali is not liable for any illegal conduct or actions committed by guests against the Republic of Indonesia.
Whist every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information presented on the website, Bracha Villas Bali, cannot be held liable or responsible for any inconvenience , changes, or expenses which may be experienced by the guest.
Any complaint by a guest should be immediately addressed to the Management. No complaints will be entertained after the guest departure.
Bracha Villas Bali is not responsible for any damage, or loss to personal belongings or cars/motorbikes leased sustained by a guest whilst residing in the villa or outside the villa.

LOSSES AND DAMAGE

Guests will be liable for any losses or damage sustained during their stay.
Management retains the right to repossess the villa in the event that guests commit any actions contrary to the terms and conditions stated herein.

FORCE MAJEUR

Bracha Villas Bali cannot be held liable for failure to perform its obligations caused by external forces beyond reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, Acts of God, epidemics, floods, tsunami, earthquakes, prolonged power failure.

Payment Policy

- 100% payment non refundable is required 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival date.

- Payment should be transferred to our bank account as follows:

Cancellation Policy

- 100% cancellation fee for any cancellation made during high and peak season.

- 50% cancellation for any cancellation made less than 30 days.

- 100% cancellation fee for cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival, no show or early check out.
