No payment charged to your credit card at the time of the booking.

Due to the current COVID -19 situation, our attended reception hours have temporarily changed as below:

-Monday till Friday: 10:00am-4:00pm
-Saturday, Sunday 11:00am-1:00pm and 6:00-pm-9:00pm

After hours check in is possible. However, must be requested and approved by reception prior 3pm on the check-in day.

On arrival all guests will be required to fill out a screening form. Valid passport or drivers license, credit card is required upon check in.
No ID = no check in, and will also result a cancellation of your booking + full charge for the first night.

Late check- in process:
•Must be requested and approved by reception prior 3pm on the check-in day
•Online check in form must be signed, returned prior to arrival with the photo ID attached to it
•Payment must be processed prior reception closing time
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are traveling from any of the Hotspot suburbs listed by the QLD Health Department, unfortunately, Breeze Lodge will not be able to accommodate you.

Check out time strictly 10 am. No refund for early check outs.

Please contact us directly to make a group booking (4 or more people), so that we can ensure you are in the same room together. Different policies apply to making a reservation for group bookings. A deposit (non-refundable) 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance will be payable at check-in. A credit card is required to secure group bookings. Please note for any group bookings bond is payable per room on arrival and is held for any instances of excess cleaning, damage or misconduct. For group bookings cancellations are only accepted up until 14 days prior to the booked date. Any group bookings that are cancelled 14 days or less from the booked date will forfeit deposit.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Children are permitted to stay only in private rooms.

Breeze Lodge has limited car parking space, work on first one ge served basis.

This property has a "No Party Policy". Any such bookings will be cancelled with no refund given.

BREEZE LODGE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR CANCEL RESEVATIONS WITHOUT NOTICE.

Payment Policy

Payment can be made via credit card (Visa or MasterCard accepted only). Breeze Lodge does not accept cash payments or payments with American Express credit cards. Please note 2.22% surcharge will apply on each transactions which will be processed through the Little Hotelier payment system.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the date of your arrival or "no shows" will result in a full charge of the first night of your booking. To cancel your booking please contact reception at 0731568434 or send an email to stay@breezelodge.com.au.
Breeze Lodge reserves the right to amend or cancel reservations without notice.
