By making a booking with Briar Lane, the customer is agreeing that the terms and conditions contained within this page have been read, understood and agreed to by them.
A booking confirmation email must be received. If the booking confirmation email is not received the booking is not confirmed.
It is the responsibility of the guest to review the booking confirmation email and advise Briar Lane if there are any errors or misunderstandings.
Any amendment to the arrival date is subject to availability and must not impact any minimum night stay requirements.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONLINE AND PHONE BOOKINGS
Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing. Email notification is preferred.
Briar Lane will extend to guests, free cancellation less booking fees up to 14 days in advance of arrival.
A 50% refund for cancellations made 7 - 14 days in advance of arrival.
A 20% refund for cancellation made 3 - 7 days in advance of arrival.
No refund will be given for cancellations inside of 72 hours from arrival, and bookings that fail to arrive, “no shows”, will also forfeit 100% of the total cost.
Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
