By making a booking with Briar Lane, the customer is agreeing that the terms and conditions contained within this page have been read, understood and agreed to by them.
A booking confirmation email must be received. If the booking confirmation email is not received the booking is not confirmed.
It is the responsibility of the guest to review the booking confirmation email and advise Briar Lane if there are any errors or misunderstandings.
Any amendment to the arrival date is subject to availability and must not impact any minimum night stay requirements.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONLINE AND PHONE BOOKINGS
Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing. Email notification is preferred.
Briar Lane will extend to guests, free cancellation of bookings up to 48 hours in advance of arrival.
For cancellations made inside 48 hours from arrival, we will offer a 50% refund, less online booking fees.
Bookings that fail to arrive, “no shows”, will forfeit 100% of the total cost.
Please note, this applies to accommodation costs only. Guests cancelling on the day of arrival will still be charged for any meals they have ordered.
Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
