Fully functioning family kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, induction hotplates, auto coffee machine, water/ice fridge, microwave, also an outdoor BBQ.
There is a heated spa/hot tub in the outdoor courtyard for your convenience.

1. Whole house including 5 bedrooms Book
This booking is for the whole house. Includes 2 people only. Bedrooms not required will be locked. Availability includes a downstairs king bedroom with ensuite, an upstairs king bedroom with ensuite. It also includes 2 queen bedrooms and a double/single bedroom all sharing a 3 way bathroom including shower & bath, vanity and toilet. Add $50 per person, per night to initial cost.
Terms & Conditions
1. This application is accepted subject to any prior booking of the property and the landlord shall be entitled to reject the booking.
2.. The number of occupants is RESTRICTED to the number specified. Pets allowed by prior arrangement only. Failure to comply with this will render the tenancy subject to immediate cancellation.
3. The tenant shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by tenants or guests and agrees to pay for any damage, breakages or additional cleaning of premises.
4. No responsibility whatsoever is taken for the property of the tenant on or near the premises.
5. Tenancy commences at 2:00 pm on the date of entry and expires at 10:00 am on date of departure unless otherwise stated.
6. In the event of the tenant cancelling a booking, the $500 deposit will be retained by the landlord.
7. No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the owner’s control.
8. The property is to be left in a clean and tidy manner i.e. spa as you found it, dishes done & packed away, floors swept/vacuumed, BBQ clean etc. All linen will be laundered by the landlord.
9. Strictly no smoking is permitted inside the rental property or forfeiture of bond will result. All butts to be disposed of appropriately.
10. At all times a person over the age of 18 must reside at the property that will be responsible for all under age tenants or visitors.
11. You must remove all belongings upon vacation.
Deposit of $500 to secure booking via direct transfer or credit card immediately upon booking.
Invoice for full amount to be transferred or paid no later than 1 week prior to stay.
Once full amount is paid an access code for key box will be provided.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
