Terms & Conditions

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed to in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed to in advance or we reserve the right to terminate your stay.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional costs.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Theft and Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Check-out time is 10:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
Pets are allowed at Clovelly Cottage and Metung Cottage. Pets are not permitted at Grevillea Gardens apartment 3.or Allinga Longa Apartment 2
Pet fees do apply and adherence to our Pet Policy is required. This policy outlines your responsibilities as a pet owner and advises you that should the pet cause any damage or excessive cleaning you will be charged as deemed necessary.
Strictly no smoking is permitted inside our properties.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangement in writing.
While we will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
We ask that you carefully read through your booking details, our Terms and Conditions and other information.
Should any amendments be necessary please contact us.
We will require a credit card number to be provided as security on every accommodation booking however no accommodation payments can or will be charged to your credit card. All accommodation payments are required via internet bank transfer.
Payment of the accommodation rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our Terms and Conditions including the acceptance of your credit card being held as security against any costs incurred for any damage/breakage/loss/ excess cleaning arising from your stay.
In the event of damage/breakage/loss/excessive cleaning cost a fee will be charged on your credit card to recover costs.
Upon successful inspection after your departure card details are destroyed.

Payment Policy

A 50% non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of reservation to secure the booking.
Payment of the accommodation rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our Terms and Conditions including the acceptance of your credit card being held as security against any costs incurred for any damage/breakage/loss/ excess cleaning arising from your stay.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy.
If you have booked within 14 days of arrival full payment will be required immediately after the 24 hour grace period ends.
If booking is taken within 48 hours of arrival payment is required immediately (Grace period does not apply)
Cancellation if caused by the client, all monies paid to date of cancellation are not refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period of your stay.
If a refund is made due to the property being re-let an administration fee of $99 will apply.
If payments are not received we reserve the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
All payments are required via Direct Internet Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE BE ADVISED OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation if caused by the client -
All monies paid at time of cancellation are not refundable.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival and after final payment has been made no refund will be given.
Exception - In the event that we are able to re-let the property for the entire period of your stay we may refund less an administration fee of $99.
COVID-19 Special Conditions -
If you have made your booking directly with us and NOT through a third party site such as Airbnb, Booking.com etc and cancellation is necessary due to covid-19 lockdown restrictions and the subsequent inability to travel we will refund monies paid for your accommodation less an $85.00 administration fee.
If you booked through a third party there may also be further fees charged by the third party in relation to cancellation.
Please note this refund policy is applicable only in the event of cancellation due to covid-19 restrictions.
All other circumstances are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
