Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check in and early check out available at request.
Reservations & Payments:
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure bookings from the website. Phone bookings welcome. Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise agreed. For stays of 7 nights or more, a 20% deposit may be required.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made at least 4 days before arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
House Rules:
No smoking indoors.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Liability:
The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests use facilities at their own risk.

Standard Rate:
Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% the room rate as cancellation fee.
