Broadview Waterfront Apartments is a group of boutique style one and two bedroom apartments situated in the charming and picturesque village of Brunswick Heads, just north of Byron Bay. Brunswick Heads accommodation at its finest!
Our apartments include easy access ground floor two bedroom apartment, one and two bedroom first floor apartments, and the 2 bedroom Penthouse on the second floor. The Penthouse is not recommended for children under 5 years old.
Perfectly located opposite the Brunswick River, we have been described as 'the best location in town' with a 2 minute walk to Brunswick Head's array of cafes, restaurants, funky shops and the Brunz Pub. We are also only a 5 minute gentle walk through the park and across the bridge to the breakwall and the beautiful Brunswick Heads beach which stretches all the way the Byron Bay and Cape Byron (the eastern-most point of the Australian mainland).

Brunswick Heads holds a market on the first Saturday of each month-directly in front of Broadview Apartments.

Brunswick Heads has a wide variety of cuisines including Italian, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Modern Australian, and great pub food at the Brunswick Hotel.
An ideal way to wind up a day on the beach, is with a drink, and delicious local seafood at one of the outdoor restaurants overlooking the turquoise-blue waters of the Brunswick River.

Located on the ground floor opposite the Brunswick River and by the park, this spacious north facing apartment has two bedrooms with Queen size beds, two bathrooms, air conditioning, cooking facilities, dishwasher, cutlery/crockery, washing machine and dryer, flat screen TV. All linen and towels are supplied. It also has a large balcony where you can soak up the sun and the views.
It sleeps four people very comfortably on the Queen size beds with an option for a fifth person on the sofa.

The apartment is fully furnished with two bedrooms – one with a king size bed and en suite bathroom and the other with a queen size bed and a smaller bathroom. It is fully equipped with all cooking facilities, cutlery, crockery, microwave oven, full size fridge, washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryers, dishwasher, flat screen TV’s with integrated DVD player, sound system with ipod/iphone dock. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. Amazing river views!
It sleeps four people very comfortably on the King and Queen size beds with an option for a fifth person on a fold-out bed (extra bed fee applies).

PAYMENT & SECURITY BOND POLICY:
Your booking is not confirmed until we manually check our availability and process your payment. We will then send you a personalised confirmation email. The automated email you receive when booking online is not confirmation of your booking.
A deposit of 50% of your total accommodation cost is payable at the time of making your booking.
Please note: Your Credit Card payments are 'not' processed automatically when you select "BOOK NOW". Once we receive notification of your online booking request, we check our availability and then manually process your credit card payment. If we don't have availability, your card will not be debited and we will advise you. If you don't receive our personalised email to confirm your booking within 48 hours of making your booking, please contact us.
10 days prior to your arrival date (**Xmas/New Year & Easter, bookings excepted..see below), the final balance of your payment will be processed from your nominated Debit/Credit Card. Once final payment is received, the access details to your Apartment (Door PIN Code) will be emailed to you and also sent to your mobile phone by SMS (if number provided).
For Xmas/New Year Bookings (17 Dec to 18 Jan) and Easter, the full or final balance of your payment will be debited from your Credit Card 'one month' prior to your arrival date. For Easter/Xmas/New Year bookings, full/final payments not received within four weeks (28 days) of your arrival date, will be cancelled. No refunds will be provided.
All Credit Card payments incur a 1.75% Credit Card fee.
SECURITY BOND
When making your booking, we will require your Credit Card details for our $500 security bond. The bond is NOT debited from your card unless there is damage to furnishings or fittings within the apartment, or there is a false fire alarm activation within your apartment.
Broadview Apartments has 24 hour fire monitoring as required by law. As the NSW Fire Brigade MUST attend all activations of our fire/smoke alarms, guests who have booked the apartment which is involved in the false alarm activation can be fined up to $1400 (including fine, monitoring activation fee and GST) by the Fire Brigade for "false" alarms (usually caused by guest's cooking smoke, burnt toast or insect spray spayed onto the sensors).
If a false fire alarm occurs within your apartment during your stay and a fine is issued, the Fire Brigade's fine will be debited from your credit card or forwarded to you for settlement.
Politique d'annulation
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All bookings must be cancelled in writing. A $45 admin fee will be withheld from all refunds provided.
If you cancel your booking more than two calendar months prior to arrival, any deposit paid will be refunded less the $45 admin fee.
If we receive your written cancellation request for all or part of your booking less than two calendar months before your arrival date (**Xmas/New Year & Easter bookings excepted..see below), any monies paid will not be refunded unless we can relet for the same period of time and value. If we can relet your dates to the same value, then we will refund any payments made, less the $45 admin fee. If the relet value is less than your original value, the difference will also be deducted from any refund paid.
For Xmas/New Year Bookings (22 Dec to 19 Jan) and Easter, any cancellation within 'one month' of your arrival date will result in forfeit of all monies paid. No refunds will be payable.
Any refund payable by us will not be processed until after your original booking dates have passed.
CHANGE OF DATES:
All requests to transfer/change your dates must be made in writing.
If a change of dates is requested more than two calendar months prior to arrival, any monies paid will be applied to your amended dates at no cost. If we have no vacancies for your amended dates, any monies paid will be refunded less the $45 admin fee.
If a written change of date request is received less than two calendar months before the arrival date (see special conditions for Xmas/New Year & Easter bookings below), any monies paid cannot be applied to your amended booking dates unless we can relet the apartment for your original booking dates.
If we can relet your original dates, we will apply that value of any monies paid by you, to your amended dates. Any lesser difference in value between your original booking and subsequent reletting will be deducted from any balance transferred to your amended dates.
For Xmas/New Year Bookings (22 Dec to 19 Jan) and Easter, change of dates will not be possible within 'one month' of your nominated arrival date. No refunds will be provided.
PETS
We advise that only Apartments 2 and 3 are pet friendly. Please also visit our "Booking Policy" page on our website. If pets stay in an apartment other than Apts 2 or 3, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be debited from your Credit Card.
TRANSFER OF BOOKINGS BETWEEN APARTMENTS
As all apartments are individually owned, bookings cannot be transferred between apartments.
Any transfer from one apartment to another will be regarded as a 'cancellation' for the apartment originally booked, and a 'new booking' for the sought apartment.
