Payment Policy

Payment for the accommodation in full is required on arrival and any incidentals such as use of the laundry, chargeable telephone calls and breakfasts can be paid on departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 2 days before the booked date incur no fee. Thereafter the total amount of the first nights accommodation may be charged. Special conditions apply to group reservations. Early departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relete the booked accommodation. As this is a smoke free complex please smoke outside and away from open windows, doors and other quests. In the event of someone having smoked in a unit we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered quest. Visitors are permitted at the managements discretion. The registered quest is responsible for the behavour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavour resulting in loss of income to the motel will be charged to the registered quest.
