For the comfort of all guests The Bronte and grounds are a Smoke Free Zone. NB. smoking onsite inside the hotel or guest suites will incur a $500 cleaning fee.

If you've included breakfast in your booking, get ready for a delightful start to your day with a Continental Breakfast on our balcony, overlooking the village and surrounding farmland. It's available from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM on weekdays or 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on weekends.
Additionally, for those looking to savor local flavors and support our community, we offer a cooked breakfast featuring local produce. This option comes at an additional cost, payable on the day. You can find the mouthwatering menu in your room and displayed on the balcony chalkboard.

BOOKING CHANNELS PAYMENT POLICY: full payment of all reservations made through AGODA, BDC, EXPEDIA AND WOTIF on making a reservation and usually processed within 48hrs of booking and is non refundable despite what may be advertised on the channels websites.
FULL HOUSE BOOKINGS - require 50% of the tariff or one nights tariff if a one night reservation is made at time of booking - a security deposit of $1,000 is also payable 48hrs before check-in as a preauthorized hold on your nominated credit card and will be released after check-out and the property has been inspected and cleaned - please see our payment terms for more information.

Unfortunately we can not cater for children under 12 years old - unless the whole house is booked.

Guest Conduct & Property Care Policy:

At The Bronte, we value the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests. We kindly request that you respect fellow guests by maintaining a clean and orderly environment and by treating the property with care. Disruptive behaviour of this nature will incur additional cleaning fees of $100 per hour plus any additional costs should tradespeople need to be engaged. This amount will be charged at the discretion of the Hotel owners to the credit card held on file for security. Additionally, this may also result in the guest no longer being welcome at The Bronte Boutique Hotel.

NB: prices are subject to change without notice on all full house or single rooms future dated bookings unless a min of 50% deposit has been paid and a valid credit to secure your reservation.

We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).

Payment Policy

We accept payment by Amex Mastercard, Visacard and all visa and Master Card debit cards. Credit Card surcharge 2.5% on all cards
TERMS: A minimum of one nights tariff or 50% if more than one night booked will be taken at the time of booking with the balance payable by our new express check- in option whereby payment is taken on the day before or of arrival by the nominated credit card for your convenience - if you do not want to take this option please advise staff 24 hrs prior to check in otherwise payment will be processed and a receipt emailed directly to you or ready for collection on arrival.
DEPOSIT of 50% is required for more than a one nights stay to secure the booking, payment processed within 48hrs of booking. BOOKING CHANNELS reservations made directly from Expedia, BDC Wotif and Agoda websites and their partners will have the full amount deducted by Credit Card 24 - 48hrs after booking and is non refundable despite what the channels advertise on their websites.
WHOLE HOTEL BOOKING - 50% deposit for more than one nights stay or one nights tarrif for a one night booking is required on confirmation of your reservation by credit card and the balance payable along with a SECURITY DEPOSIT in the amount of $1,000 - the deposit will be taken as a preauthorised hold on the nominated credit card 48 hrs before checkin, and will be refunded after check- out inspection and the property has been cleaned.

Cancellation Policy

Please be sure of dates when making your reservation, as we do not refund in the event of cancellations, which includes bookings made through an OTA, AGODA, BDC, EXPEDIA, WOTIF or their partners.

No refund for public holidays, school holidays, weddings and events booked in advance.

No refund for an unused portion of a holiday booking will be made. A change in booking dates attracts the same conditions as for cancellations.

The 50% deposit on all full house bookings of more than one nights stay or one nights tariff for a one night booking is NON REFUNDABLE, as per booking policy.
