•Individual bookings cancelled with at least 7 days notice will receive a full refund
•Individual bookings cancelled with 7 days- 48 hrs notice will receive a 50% refund
•Individual bookings cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice will not be refunded
•All cancellations must be in writing
