Check out time is 10am.
Early Check Ins/ Late Check Outs are subject to availability & must be arranged prior to arrival. Fees apply.
No smoking is allowed on this property - $100 penalty applies to smoke affected rooms.
The Sails Motel has a no party policy. No disruptive noise, excessive drinking or large gatherings are accepted and we reserve the right to vacate a guest or group who exhibits anti social behaviour from the premises at any time during your stay, with no refunds considered.

Payment Policy

Deposits

General bookings
A first nights deposit is collected 48 hours prior to reservation to secure the booking.
Deposits are required for each room listed on the booking.

Festival bookings
Applies to Splendour in the Grass & Falls Festival
50% of the total payment is required one month prior to arrival and the remaining 50% is to be paid on arrival.

Applies to Bluesfest
50% Deposit is collected 3 months prior to the arrival date. Cards provided to secure the booking must not expire before the 3 month deposit window.

Black out date bookings
Applicable from 25th December to 31 January – a first nights deposit is collected one week prior to arrival to secure the booking.
Deposits are required for each room listed on the booking.

School holidays and public holiday bookings
A first nights deposit is collected 72 hours prior to reservation to secure the booking.
Deposits are required for each room listed on the booking.

Long Stays (Applies to booking over 5 days)
50% of your total payment is collected 7 days Prior to your booking.

Group Bookings (5 or more rooms)
10% of the total payment is due at the time of the booking.
50% is required one month prior to arrival.
Deposits are required to secure the booking. The remaining payment is collected in full on check in.

Reservations are not considered confirmed until the deposit is taken to secure the booking.
If credit cards are invalid or declined The Sails Motel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

The Sails Motel reserves the right to change or modify the booking, products, rates, services, programs and terms described at any time without notice and without liability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Modifications

Any refunds owing to Modification of bookings are subject to Management discretion.

General Bookings
No shows, cancellations or modifications within the applicable deposit window for your reservation may result in forfeit of your first nights deposit.

Festivals/black out dates/School & Public Holidays
Deposits are non-refundable within applicable deposit window. The Sails Motel reserves the right to charge the value of your entire stay for cancellations, modifications or no shows within these dates.
Please be aware that we will not hold rooms without a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Long Stays (Applies to booking over 5 days)
If booking is cancelled or modified within 7 days of the arrival date, the deposit is non refundable.

Group Bookings (5 or more rooms)
All group booking deposits are non refundable.
Cancellation & Modifications are subject to fees.
