Terms and Conditions
It is accepted by you that you will take due care of the accommodation facilities (please do your washing up and put the dishes away and clean the BBQ after use).

Extra charges may apply for excess cleaning over and above normal housekeeping and any damage caused by you to the property.
Please note that charges apply for children and extra adults and charges for any extra guests not paid for at the time of your booking will be deducted from your credit card.

Late Checkouts are available by request only, and may incur an additional charge if granted.

Gatherings/Functions/Parties
This property has a No Party Policy
a) The Property is not a party house and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and
b) Any gathering, celebration or entertainment is not permitted without written consent from the managers of Bruny Island Secrets Retreat.
c) We do not allow tents, campers or motor homes on the property

Please note that it is your responsibility to check the website and be prepared for your visit to Tasmania. If you arrive in Tasmania and you have not met the requirements, a refund for your accommodation will not be available.

If your state border is closed or you are in lockdown or the Tasmanian border is closed and you are not able to travel, a full credit will be available for your stay (we may require a denied entry into Tasmania pass).

Payment Policy

When booking online a 50% deposit is automatically processed from your credit card.
The remaining 50% payment can be processed 30 days prior to your stay from the same credit card (+2.4% credit card fee) or by direct transfer into the nominated account.

Cancellation Policy

*A booking which is cancelled greater than 30 days from the date of the first night of the stay will be fully refunded (minus the credit card fee)
*A booking cancelled within 30 days of the first night of the stay is not refundable.
Please note this cancellation policy is for direct bookings only.
If you have booked with a third-party booking agency i.e. Booking.com, Expedia, Air BnB etc. your booking will be subject to their cancellation policy.
