1. The prices are shown per room per night and in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS for the persons and dates selected, unless otherwise indicated.

2. Payments for bookings is required in full at the time of making your reservation.

3. All guests under the age of 18 must accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal parent/guardian cannot produce current photo ID.

4. Smoking is prohibited inside the villas.

5. No pets are allowed on the property.

5. Items for families of young children are available upon request such as highchair and portacot.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 0 day or greater prior to check in → Full amount
Cancel 7 days or greater prior to check in → 50.0%
Cancel 14 days or greater prior to check in → No penalty
