Prior to COVID 19 Period, property will establish basic screening and prevention before check in :
1. Termometer Check for Body temperature
2. Wash Hands
3. Basic Bio Form must be filled
4. Basic PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) check

RULE 1. First and foremost. please treat Our place as your own
RULE 2. Do not use the house or part of the house or allow it to be used for purposes that violate the law, decency and public order.
RULE 3. Rent the place with guests no more than the number of people agreed upon in advance.
RULE 4. Check jn at 2PM and Check Out at 1 Late arrival affect the check out time. Early Check in and Late Check out request must be confirm to the Host one day before your arrival.
RULE 5. Please clean after yourself. We do not provide free cleaning assistance during your stay. If needed, daily cleaning will be charged IDR 250.000/Session (Living room. Bathroom.Kitchen. and Common Area)
RULE 6. Please don't smoke in Indoors Area (Living Room, Room. Bathroom. Kitchen. Common. Indoor Space). We have plenty of outdoor spaces for you to puff your cigarette.
RULE 7. IMPORTANT. Please be considerate to the neighbors. The use of the swimming pool is PROHIBITED in the evening. 6PM- 6AM. NO YELLING AND LOUD NOISES. Maintain during the Daytime and ESPECIALLY IN THE NIGHTTIME.
Failure to comply will result in receiving a notification from the manager or staff as far as getting complaint message or call from the neighbor.Consequences to multiple violations refer to RULE 9.
RULE 8. Any of our facilities is yours to use. but please be considerate and don't take anything out of the property. Theft will be proceed.
RULE 9. This villa is an Airbnb Rented Property not a professional resort. Which means you are our Guest and we are your Host. We will do our best to treat and accommodate you in our place, provided that you are being considerate to our policy as your Host. Provided if you don't. we have the right to ask to leave our premises.
Payment Policy
Full/Down payment must be made to ensure reservation. Settlement must be done before or immediately on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 5 days prior to arrival.
