Cancellations within 72 hours prior to expected arrival will attract a cancellation fee equal to 1 nights accommodation for each unit booked. Peak period bookings and bookings of 5 days or more will attract a cancellation fee equal to 2 nights accommodation for each unit booked.
Minimum stays may be applied to all long weekends and major events or at the discretion of management.
