Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of accommodation services provided by Buller Wines Pty Ltd & TFB Wine Investments ATF the TFB Wine investments unit trust (ABN 86 298 501 476) to guests. By booking and utilizing the accommodation services, Guests agree to abide by these Terms.

Booking and Payment:
1.1. Reservations can be made through Buller Wines Booking Platform and are subject to availability.
1.2. A valid credit card is required to secure the booking.
1.3. Payment for the accommodation must be made in full at the time of booking or upon check-in, as per the Provider's policy.

Check-In and Check-Out:
1. Check-in time is from 2pm, and check-out time is 10am.
2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Allocation
1. When you book, you book the cabin you wish to have. If this needs to change for maintenance reasons, the team at Buller Wines will notify you.
2. There are both Garden view and Vineyard view cabins. Vineyard view will be allocated to those booked first.

Security Bond:
1. A security bond of $100 is required upon to cover incidental charges, damages, or violations of these Terms.
2. The Bond will charged post check out if Buller Wines deems is appropriate. It will not be held or charged during the duration of the booking's stay.

Other guests
1. Guests will be courteous of other guests and respect shared areas (BBQ area must be cleaned after use).
2. Due to the nature of the property, there may be weddings held on site during stays and bridal parties may be staying at the accommodation. Bookings on these weekends outside of wedding guests are subject to availability.

Additional Services and Add-Ons:
1. Additional services or add-ons such as breakfast, transportation, and amenities may be available and are subject to extra charges.
2. Guests can request these services upon booking or during their stay, subject to availability.

Cancellation and No-Show:
1. Cancellations made 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of the total booking amount. No refund will be applicable.
3. In the case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Guest Responsibilities:
1. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay.
2. Any damages caused by Guests or their visitors will be charged to the credit card used for booking or deducted from the Bond.
3. Guests are expected to adhere to any property rules and regulations provided by the Provider.

Liability and Indemnification:
1. The Provider is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal belongings during the Guest's stay.
2. Guests indemnify the Provider against any claims, actions, or liabilities arising from their use of the accommodation or breach of these Terms.

Force Majeure:
1. The Provider is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or labor disputes.

Privacy Policy:
1. The Provider may collect and process personal information as per its privacy policy. Guest information will be kept confidential and used only for accommodation-related purposes.

Amendments and Termination:
1. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms with prior notice.
2. The Provider may terminate a Guest's stay if they fail to comply with these Terms or engage in disruptive behavior.

By booking and using the accommodation services provided by [Accommodation Provider Name], Guests acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Policy

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Bond will be refunded upon check out inspection.
