You are welcome to check in any other day or book to check in Saturday but arrive early Sunday.
Please book carefully.
By booking we hold the bungalow especially for you. It is difficult for us to rebook at the last minute.

If you need to cancel within 30 days of staying your deposit will not be refunded.
Otherwise our everyday policy for DIRECT BOOKINGS ONLY is;
Cancel up to 30 days before staying and receive a full refund less a $100 booking fee.

Burnside Organic Farm offers a total of 3 self-contained bungalows.
2 x Two Bedroom Limestone Bungalows with outside stone bath
1 x One Bedroom Luxury Bungalow - Stone Bath

Situated apart to allow peace and privacy for all guests. Built from natural materials including stone and timber. The bungalows have full kitchens, wood fires and spacious outside entertaining areas. Guests have exclusive access to the kitchen garden, self guided farm walks, access to adjoining National Park tracks and complimentary wine tastings. All this in a central location just 10 minutes drive to town or to pristine beaches. Lara and Jamie, the owners, live on site and are available to help you have the best holiday.

At time of booking a 50% deposit will be processed on your card to secure the booking.
The balance is processed on your day of arrival unless you wish to pay another way and inform us.

WEATHER
Don't forget that in the cooler months, late April - September, we get a lot of rain.
We are grateful for rain. We need it for our farm and for the forests.
Being 300km south of Perth makes a big difference to temperature.
Usually it is 10 C cooler here than Perth here.
The bungalows are cosy with the potbelly fire lit (only late April - September) and you'll be warm under the thick winter doonas in bed.

RATE PER NIGHT DEPENDS ON NUMBER OF GUESTS
Please note that the rate is calculated on the number of adults and children staying. Children 2 years and over are included in the maximum occupancy totals for each room type. These limits are a shire council condition. If you need to change this or unsure you can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly. Please note the One Bedroom Luxury Spa Bungalows are not suitable for children. Young babies only.

EXTRA CLEANING Please note if your room requires extra cleaning (beyond the usual service provided) an additional charge of $50 per hour will apply.

Payment Policy

At time of booking a 50% deposit will be processed on your visa or mastercard to secure the booking.

The balance is due on the day of arrival. We will automatically process the same credit card unless you have paid by bank transfer or contact us to pay another way.
