Registered guests and all other occupants who do not abide by these policies will be requested to leave.
Registered guests will be responsible for all or any costs INCLUDING forfeited accommodation costs.
Any damage or stain(towels and sheets) will incur the purchase price of replacement.
No pets allowed with the exception of Visual Assistance dogs.

Payment Policy
1. Paying by American Express incur's a 2.5% fee.
2. No deposit is required except for a group booking (4 rooms or more), 50% non-refundable deposit for group bookings is payable at time of making the reservation. Full payment will be processed 2 days before arrival.
3. Payment for individual bookings is due on arrival.
4. No refunds will be made for a reduction in stay for any reason after check-in.
5. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
6. **Guests are advised to take out comprehensive Travel Insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
7. Payment can be made by credit card or direct bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
1.Cancellations or rescheduling of bookings can be done up to 2 days ( 48 hours ) before arrival.
2. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48hrs incurs a 50% charge of the room rate booked. Cancelling within 24hrs of arrival incurs a full room rate booked charge.
3. No show will incur the full days fee.
4. Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia.com, etc.) refer to cancellation policies as listed on each site.
