Fire Safety Regulations
This is a non-smoking property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited including all balcony rooms.
Any guests found smoking will incur a penalty of SGD200 per occurrence.

Cooking of any form is prohibited.
Kettles are strictly for boiling water only, not for any cooking purposes.
Any kettles found misused will incur a SGD30 cleaning fee.

Durians
Durians are strictly prohibited on the property, SGD50 cleaning fee will incur if found taken in.

Vice Activites
Vice activities including but not limited to drug trades and prostitution or any other related activities are strictly prohibited.
Butternut Tree Hotel has the right to vacate any guest found in violation of this policy.

Check Out
Check-out time is 12:00pm.
Extra charges of SGD30/hour up to 2:00pm and full day charge thereafter.

Valid Reservations and Non-Refundable Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the point of booking.
Non-valid credit card will result in automatic cancellation of the reservations.

Our Non-Refundable reservation is designed to help our Guests save more while enjoying the culturally rich Singapore.
To confirm a Non-Refundable reservation, we will require a full pre-payment at the point of reservation.

Refundable Incidental Deposit
A refundable SGD100 incidental deposit will be required upon check-in, in case of any damages to the property.
Deposits could be provided either by
Cash which will be released upon check-out, or
International Credit or Debit Card which will be released within 60 days. _______________________ (guest's initial)

NOTE:
Hotel policy may change at any given time without prior notice.

The same credit card used to make this reservation MUST be presented to hotel staff at the time of check-in, along with valid government issued photo ID which matches the name on the credit card.
Acceptable identifications would either be a passport or a Singaporean IC.

If you are making this reservation for a third party, you must complete and submit the Credit Card Authorization Form.
The Credit Card Authorization Form can be requested by email at Singapore@butternuttreehotels.com.

By signing this registration form, you have agreed for Butternut Tree Hotel to store your private information solely for our business purposes, and not to be given to any third parties.

If you are making this reservation for a third party, you must complete and submit a Credit Card Authorisation Form, along with a copy of your passport or IC and both sides of your credit card. The Credit Card Authorisation Form can be requested by email at Singapore@butternuttreehotels.com.

Reservations and payments are non-refundable. In case of a force majeure, Butternut Tree Hotel is to be given formal notice along with the relevant proves.
