Popular Holbrook Motel, the Byer Fountain Motel is located almost mid-way between Sydney and Melbourne just off the Hume Highway in the recently bypassed Submarine Town of Holbrook, NSW. This Holbrook motel has a combination of single, double and twin share ground floor accommodation making it a perfect rest stop for singles and families.
All 36 rooms are ground floor and have reverse cycle air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, modern LCD TVs with Austar Cable, clock radio alarms, toasters, electric blankets and are now well away from highway traffic noise.

Our fully licenced restaurant specialises in simple ‘home cooked’ ’country style meals and is available for coaches, functions and can seat up to 50 guests. A variety of breakfast can be served in your room.

Our large grounds offer ample off highway parking for guest towing trailers or boats. It’s also a perfect overnight stop for even the largest coaches allowing guests and their luggage to be delivered right to their rooms.

Terms & Conditions

Guest Terms and Conditions for Occupancy:
1. You (our guest) agree that you will pay us (the Operator) the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional
charges up until the time you advise that you have departed from our rooms.
2. You agree that any charge for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account
for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of
departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.
3. You agree that checkout time is 10:00am on the date shown for your departure unless we agree to another time.
4. You agree that the management, staff and agents of the operator of this tourist accommodation have the right of
entry to your room at any time in order to ensure your safety, the safety of others guests at this property and ensure
the amenity of the property.
5. You agree departure after the checkout time of 10.00am may incur additional room charges.
6. You agree that we may apply a charge if your required check-in time requires us to keep the room empty on the
previous day.
7. You agree to pay interim accounts when presented even though you may not have departed from our rooms.
8. You agree to advise us of any change in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay any additional
charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration.
9. You agree you are and remain personally liable to pay the total amount due on departure unless prior settlement
arrangements have been accepted by us. If the settlement arrangements have not been met within 30 days of
departure you agree to pay the total amount due on receipt of our invoice.
10. You agree to pay us for any excess cleaning, loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during period of
use including that resulting from, but not limited to, excessive cleaning requirements, smoking, missing equipment
and physical damage.
11. If a room is unable to be let due to any loss or damage caused by you, your guest(s) or any servant or agent, then
you agree to be charged the usual letting amount for that room for the entire time the room is out of service,
calculated as follows:-
Full letting charge x our year to date occupancy rate minus our usual cleaning costs.
12. You agree to return the key and/or security card for the room at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge
for the replacement of keys you lose or if you fail to return same.
13. You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the rooms,
grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.
14. You agree that in any case where you or any guest or family member brought onto the property by yourself causes
unreasonable annoyance to another guest residing at the property and/or unreasonable disruption to the privacy of
another guest residing at the property, we have the right to evict you and any member of your associated party.
15. You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damage or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless
of how or where the loss or damage occurred.
16. You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any loss of business, trade, revenue or income, regardless
of how, when or where the loss has occurred.
17. You agree to receive commercial electronic messages from us in the future unless you advise us otherwise in writing.

Payment Policy

The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking. Accounts can be paid to Samhan P/L Tas Byer Fountain Motor Inn. BSB 033679 Acc. 155236

Cancellation Policy

Byer Motor Inn has a 48 hour cancellation policy for bookings of 4 rooms or less. Should you cancel your room(s) with more than 48 hours notice (1pm, 2 days before your arrival) your deposit will be refunded less a $20 administration fee. Deposits are non-refundable with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation. Byer Motor Inn will not refund the deposit for package components or extra items ordered where Byer Motor Inn has not been able to receive a refund from the supplier.
