Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT: 50% payment is required to reserve your dates with a further 50% payable 60 days prior to your arrival. Your reservation will be confirmed with payment.

CANCELLATION TERMS: Deposit refundable with 60 days notice, no refund within 60 days.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT: Check-in 3pm and check-out 11am.
You are welcome to entertain up to 10 people before extra charges apply - please refer to our Events terms and conditions and pricing.
No weddings, parties, schoolies or events are to be held without prior arrangement with management.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are for pre-agreed named guests only. No weddings, parties, schoolies or events:
No disturbance to neighbours: Byron Beach Abodes and The Villas of Byron are intended for quiet family enjoyment with no noise or disturbance to neighbours as these are located in residential neighbourhoods.

SECURITY BOND:
A $1000 security bond is held as a credit card pre-authorisation (Visa or MasterCard), is processed the week prior to arrival and is released less damages within 14 days of your stay

PETS: Small pets are considered upon request.

SMOKING: No smoking inside

Payment Policy

DEPOSIT

50% of the total booking value is required as a deposit to secure and confirm your booking and must be payable at the time of booking.
Payment of this ‘deposit’ indicates acceptance of the booking Terms & Conditions.

FINAL PAYMENT
The balance of payment is due no less than 60 days prior to the arrival/check in date (or as indicated in your booking details).
For bookings made inside 60 days prior to arrival/check-in, full payment is required at time of booking.
Monies can be paid via credit card only.
If the ‘deposit’ or final payment is not received by the due date, management reserves the right to cancel the booking and will result in the loss of all monies paid.

SECURITY BOND
A security deposit of $1000 will be charged as a pre-authorisation will be taken 48 hours prior to your stay. This will be shown in the breakdown of costs on your final invoice.

If there are no breakages, loss or excessive cleaning the security deposit will be released in full 3-5 days after departure based on the condition of the property at the time of departure.

Security bond may be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to) any breakages, damage or losses incurred during your stay and cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning up to the amount of $5000.
Should the guest/occupant incur a claim on the security bond, management will conduct a courtesy call or emailed notification of the claim and will further deduct the claim from the initial security bond.
If the claim is not at fault to the registered guest/occupant, it is the registered guest/occupant’s responsibility to retrieve funds from other parties involved.

If no damage has occurred or no extra cleaning is required, the security bond will be released from the credit card within 3-5 business days of departure.
Security bonds cannot be in any circumstances released on the day of departure and are not available to be returned in cash. We only accept credit cards for security bonds.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments are accepted by credit cards, Visa or Mastercard or AMEX or Direct Bank Transfer on request.
All payments are only accepted in AUS dollars. A credit card service fee and all service and administrative fee will apply which is non-refundable.

RATES & CHARGES
Rates quoted are in Australian dollars and valid for 48 hours.
