Welcome to Byron Palms Guesthouse, a fresh, new addition to Byron’s boutique guesthouse scene.

From the central location of Byron Palms, the Palace Cinema, Bay Grocer and the popular Spell and the Gypsy Collective are all less than 5 minutes away. Only a further 200 metres on foot and the shops and restaurants on Jonson Street commence.
You can reach Main Beach in a level 15 minute stroll, opening up access to the iconic spots of Clarkes Beach, The Pass and the Lighthouse Walk.
We offer king and double beds and twins to suit your needs. Newly renovated, each room in the guesthouse has its own en-suite, air conditioning, bar fridge and flat screen TV.
With exclusive bathroom products, and your room serviced daily including fresh towels as required, your stay will be made even more enjoyable.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is payable on booking. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice your deposit is forfeited.
7 days before arrival, the balance will be taken. A cancellation within 7 days of arrival total cost of the reserved accommodation is payable.
No refunds are made if you leave before your departure date. Please bear in mind your booked accommodation is held exclusively for you and other inquiries will have been declined.
The owners reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund, should any unforeseen circumstances arise.
We prefer to welcome you personally, so kindly indicate your expected arrival time. If this changes please contact us.
The owners do not take any responsibility for loss or damage to your personal property or vehicle. You must lock your vehicle at all times as well as all doors and windows when away from your room.
