Requirements:
Guests need to be fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks before their check in date. Please bring your vaccination card for our reference. Guests who are not vaccinated or not yet completed with their vaccines are required to provide a Medical Certificate upon check in. This Medical certificate is either issued by your family doctor or from your barangay health center. The medical certificate should state that you do not have any symptoms of COVID19, you are not a PUI or you are fit to travel and is issued within 2-3 days before your check in date.

Please wear your mask at all times.

Corkage Fee:
Bringing outside food has a corkage fee of Php 300 for 2-3 dishes. Chips, water and bread are free of charge. Liquors and beverages are included in the dishes count.

Child policies:
Age of Child/ren free on the room should be 7 years old and below.
Child/ren 8 years old and above are considered as adult and should be included in the adult count.
******** We accept children 17 years old and below if accompanied by their parent/s. Parents should be fully vaccinated or should present medical certificate upon check in in lieu of vaccination card. Children 8 years old and above should also present a medical certificate. Parents of children 17 years old and below will sign a waiver of liability upon check in.

-The minimum age for check-in is 0

Pets:
-1 pet is allowed per room with a charge of Php 500/pet.

Payment Policy

Atleast 50% deposit is required to ensure the availability of the room/s.

Cancellation Policy

CALIRAYA ECOVILLE’S CANCELLATIONS & RE-BOOKING POLICY

We value your booking in Caliraya Ecoville. So when you book with us, we ensure that the room(s) you booked for your indicated dates of stay are reserved and available for you. As such, we hope you understand that cancellations affect the establishment just as much as it does guests.
Your booking with our hotel signifies your full knowledge and acceptance of the terms of cancellation or re-booking as stated. Should a cancellation take place, guest is committed to pay the resulting and appropriate cancellation charges.
The hotel does not give full refund for any booking confirmed with a deposit. It is assumed that the guest has exercised due diligence in ensuring that all matters that may affect his/her trip has been attended to and the hotel has no responsibility for matters that are beyond its control.
For a clear understanding of our cancellation policies, please read the terms and guidelines stated below:
Cancellations made no later than 1 month before your actual date of stay may still be cancelled but refund will be subject to a minimal processing charge of Php 500.00 for a stay of 2 nights or longer.
Cancellations and amendments must be emailed to the official email address of Caliraya Ecoville: ota.fpdglobal@gmail.com and must be acknowledged in writing by the hotel representative. The date emailed notification is received in the hotel’s inbox shall be the date of reference for the cancellation.

Cancellations caused by force majeure events such as typhoons have the option of re-booking without charge for the same hotel within the same calendar year as the booking. Guest is requested to write a letter to management indicating reason for cancellation/re-booking with proof (Ex: Medical certificate if cause is an illness. The re-booking will be scheduled on mutually available dates for both guest and hotel.
Other cancellations and amendment/re-booking requests due to events/reasons on the guest’s side are subject to the standard charges as listed below:
0-2 days before arrival date – 100% of total booking amount charge
3-5 days before arrival date – 50% of total booking amount charge
6 days and above before arrival date - 1st night will be charged

This policy applies to paid bookings. Guests have the option of making only a verbal/pencil booking with the resort.
However, the resort does not guarantee the room in this case and the room may be lost to a walk in
guest who arrives ahead of the other.
