Terms & Conditions
All Bookings at the Hotel are subject to these Terms.
BOOKING
The prices displayed on the Websites are an average per night per person until a rate is selected. 12% VAT(Value Added Tax) are included in the price. A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified. Once a rate is selected on the Websites, the total for your requested stay shall be displayed on the reservation summary. Prices shall be charged in the local currency of the Hotel and any currency conversion facility is provided as an approximation tool only, please refer to the Currency Disclaimer for more details.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be subjected to room availability and with applicable charge.
CHARGES
Price lists for additional items, such as restaurant meals and room service, are on display at relevant locations within the Hotel and are available on request.
BREAKFAST/ROOM SERVICE
Daily breakfast will be served at Sensi Restaurant from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
Room service is from 7:00 AM 11:00 PM.
BEACH TOWELS
Beach towels are provided in rooms. Unreturned towels are considered lost and will be charged to the guest. Please watch out for henna tattoo and coconut juice as it may stain the towels. Stained linens will be charged accordingly.
DAMAGES
Stained linens, broken glass, lost key, etc. will incur charges.
SMOKING
Please accept that all our guest rooms are non-smoking rooms. You may smoke on the veranda or balcony of your room. Please note that we have to charge you an additional cleaning fee of 2500 Php in case you still smoke in the room.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
All personal information stored and used by us is done so in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Company accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
PAYMENT
All outstanding charges must be paid for in full a day before check-out from the Hotel.

3. Before arrival to Resort within the day of booking/arrival secure Registration and QR code in safe pass system (note this is for all arriving guests to resort as mandatory of Department of tourism) .You will show/scan details upon arrival. Let us know if you need further details.

4. Please make sure to bring mask,face shield with you as it will be mandatory for all transportations. You may have the option to wear gloves as an additional precaution.
5. We can organize transfer which cost 1050 Php per person for regular sharing.

Payment Policy
We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards: American Express, MasterCard International, Diners Club, JCB International Credit Card, Visa debit cards.
For advance purchase rates the card you booked with must be presented on arrival, along with the appropriate ID.
All bookings made to our website requires 100% prepayment and the balance will be settled upon arrival using the physical card the guest used upon booking.
At the time of check-in we will authorize the accommodation charges (room rate, VAT and any service charge) and anticipated incidentals for the duration of your stay against your credit/debit card. We may also choose to accept a deposit in place of payment card authorization by another valid form of payment, including cash or cheque.
During your stay the Hotel’s system will calculate the incidentals charged to your room on a daily basis. If the cost of those incidentals exceed the authorization taken on check-in, further authorization will automatically be requested and if such authorization is not available, we may request another method of settlement or a deposit to be provided, failing which we reserve the right to restrict access to your room.
All outstanding charges must be paid for in full a day before check-out from the Hotel.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy varies according to the rate that is booked. Please refer to the individual full rate descriptions given at booking.
For rates marked as “Fixed Rate” - These are not cancellable. Cancellation and non-arrival charges apply after 2 weeks time prior to the day of arrival the relevant amount and will be charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge for 50% of the total accommodation amount per room booked if the above cancellation requirements are not met.
For rates marked “Advance Booking” - We require 50% prepayment for the entire stay at the time of the Booking and this is non-refundable and can only be change to a different date for just one time and the guest should pay the price difference is it exceed the original amount of booking.
All bookings under "Promo Rate/Discounted Rate" is non-refundable and can only be change date for one time with at least two weeks notice.
Prepayment is charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of the Booking. And we charge the remaining balance upon arrival of the guest in the Hotel.
Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment. And the remaining balance will be charge as well depending to the time frame of cancellation.
