GUEST ACCEPTANCE.

I/We hereby acknowledge that the credit card used for the booking or any credit card offered for payment may also be charged for any extras, including mini bar, additional cleaning, and any damage or breakages caused by us during our stay at Camelot.

I/We further acknowledge, for the privacy and peace of other guests and for fire, insurance, safety and council compliance that NO VISITORS will be allowed on the premises without the prior permission of the property hosts. This is for the safety of all our guests. Children are not catered for at Camelot.

We will contact you prior to your stay to provide information on how to access your room or cottage. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10.00am. Earlier check-in and later check-out may be available where bookings permit.

Payment Policy

A credit card is required to secure the booking and full payment for the booking will be processed within 14 days prior to check-in. The invoice you receive prior to payment is a reminder of this forthcoming charge.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee will apply within 14 days of the arrival date if the booking is cancelled as follows:

- Inside 14 days from check-in 100% of the total booking.
