A hidden gem tucked away down a meandering road Cammeray Waters is a beautiful lakeside venue. The perfect place to stay whilst exploring the Macedon Ranges. Choose from a number of accommodation options from Lake view rooms to our 4 bedroom Whitehouse and two bedroom Caretakers cottage.
The famous Wombat Mountain Bike Trails are located just outside the property ready for you to explore on our mountain bikes and with the added bonus of private fishing in our lakes, a 9 hole golf course, games room & gym there is plenty to do during your stay.
Or just relax and enjoy the serenity of the beautiful surroundings in our little oasis in the bush.

Credit Card is required at time of booking and 1.5% surcharge applies for all cards.
Check in is from 2.00pm.
Check out is 11.00am.
For guests requiring check in after 6.00pm this can be prearranged by calling our office on 03 5427 2866.
Please note unfortunately not all our double rooms have air conditioning or fridges at this time but a fan is provided. Please contact us if you have a special request.
Any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the room, grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.

Payment Policy

100% deposit is required at the time of the booking to confirm your booking.
Guest Responsibilities

We ask all guests to treat our venue and accommodation with care. By confirming a booking, guests agree to the following:

Lost, Unreturned, or Misplaced Keys
For self-checkout, guests must leave the room key inside the room and ensure it is locked on departure. Lost, unreturned, or misplaced keys will incur a replacement fee of $80.00, which will be charged to the credit card provided at booking. This fee covers the cost of replacement, including locksmith services, administration time, and maintaining the security of our accommodation.

Damages and Additional Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damage to the venue, accommodation, furniture, or equipment during their stay. If extra cleaning is required beyond standard housekeeping (e.g., excessive mess, spills, or misuse of facilities), an additional cleaning fee starting from $200 will be charged to the credit card provided at booking. All costs relating to repairs, replacements, or specialist cleaning will be passed on to the guest at their full replacement or service value.

Games Room Care
Guests using the games room, are expected to leave it in a clean and tidy condition. Any excessive mess, damage, or additional cleaning required will be treated under the Damages and Additional Cleaning clause.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your reservation 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellation of your reservation within 2 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee and for cancellations less than 24hrs of booking no refunds are applicable.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances in which Cammeray Waters would no longer be able to facilitate your booking Cammeray Waters reserves the right to cancel your booking and refund your Deposit and any other monies paid without notice at any time and will not be liable in any way for any other claim, demand or compensation by or through any party against Cammeray Waters or any related entity or person.
