All reservations, bookings and inquiries can be made by phone, email or online and will be replied to within 24 hours. For instant confirmation please reserve via our website.
Age
You must be 18 yrs or over. Payment will be taken in full at the time of booking or at check in.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check in time is 1 pm
Check out time is 10 am
Subject to the accommodation status on the day of departure, late check-out may be available, please check with reception should you require this facility. There may be a charge applied for a late check out,
Child Policy
Children 6 years of age and under are free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
Special Conditions
Please be aware there is no lift or elevator. Access to all rooms are via stairs.
ALL rooms are NON Smoking rooms and if any smoke damage or other malicious damage is found on inspection a $350 fee will be deducted from your credit card made available on check in.

For Check-Ins after 3.00pm please call 03 54723477 to make arrangements, the Hotel cannot be held responsible if you do not notify us in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Gst Charge:
10.0 % Per Room / Per Night
Guarantee and Cancellation Policies

Cancel by 3:00 PM Hotel time 1 day prior to avoid 1 Night penalty. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes.

Room taxes are included in penalties.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorised at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals.
