Property Information
Cape Trib Farm is a vibrant tropical fruit orchard that produces over 70 different kinds of exotic and rare tropical fruits - so there is a great selection all year. It is nestled at the base of Mt Sorrow and has 30 acres of paddocks of the most divine fruit you will ever taste, over 50 acres of virgin rainforest and beachfront. The farm has three generations of my family working and living here - when my parents bought the property four decades ago it was disused old cattle yards, with guinea grass which stood nearly 7 foot tall in the paddocks interspersed by barbed wire fencing that had rusted and twisted over the decades.
The property is the last private property before Cape Trib (Kulki) Beach which is one kilometre to the north, has private access to North Myall Beach, and is close to most of the main visitor attractions at Cape Trib. It borders the World Heritage Listed Wet Tropics Rainforest. The Farm generates its own power from solar, with energy stored in a large battery bank, and a back-up generator as required - this is true "off-the-grid" sustainable living!

Terms & Conditions
All bookings are held in good faith to the arrival /departure date listed in the reservation.
Credit Card details are required at the time of booking to confirm the booking. Full payment is processed on time of arrival.
Our check-in time is from 2:00 pm, an early check-in may be arranged subject to availability. If arrival is expected after 5:00 pm please phone or email us to advise of estimated time of arrival - we make arrangements to leave a room key and instructions at the main reception area. The check-out time is 10:00 am; later check-out times are subject to availability and may incur a day use charge.
Payment Policy
Credit Card details are required at the time of booking to confirm the booking. Full payment is processed on time of arrival.
Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
A CANCELLATION FEE of one nights' accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, it is deemed by 3pm on that day.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are 100% refunded.
