Tariffs: Are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a full deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured
Check in time is 2:30pm and Check out is 9:30am.

We reserve the right to transfer a booking if necessary. We do our best but we do not guarantee you a particular unit.

Cetacea is situated on the Merimbula Lake edge. From all the units there is a clear view of the town across the lake. We have eight fully self-contained luxury apartments, which all have access to a solar heated salt-water pool and poolside barbeque area. There is also off the road parking behind the apartments. All the apartments kitchens have a full compliment of crockery, cutlery, utensils, dishwasher, full sized fridge, stove and microwave. In the living area, for your comfort and convenience, full lounge suite, dining table and chairs, LCD T.V and DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning, The main bathroom consists of separate shower and spa bath as well as a laundry tub, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen is provided.

Two and Three Bedroom Apartments
Our two bedroom apartments are designed to sleep a maximum of four people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite and has great views across the lake to the town. The second bedroom has two single beds. All rooms have built in robes.
Our three bedroom apartments are designed to sleep a maximum of six people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite. It has spectacular views across the lake to the town. The other two rooms have two single beds in each. All rooms have built in robes.

Extra persons are at the discretion of management; a cost will be incurred.

Our apartments are fully self-contained apartments and are NOT serviced apartments.

A starter pack is supplied for your convenience including kitchen and bathroom supplies. When starter pack is finished please purchase your own replacements.

RULES:
Cetacea has a NON SMOKING policy within all units. Guest found to have smoked in the units will automatically incurred a penalty of initially $50 followed by the cost incurred for the full damage. To cater for safety of all guests, skateboards, scooters, bikes and similar equipment must not be ridden within the complex. Balls must not be bounced near the apartments, on the stairways, in the units, against the windows or against the ceiling. Children must be supervised at all times in the swimming pool area. As per NSW Health Regulations, children who are NOT FULLY TOILET TRAINED MUST WEAR an aqua nappy whilst using the pool. The pool and BBQ area is for Cetacea’s guests only as stated on the pool sign. A boat wash is available opposite the Merimbula/Pambula Golf Club, which is environmentally friendly. As all our drains are for storm water only.

The Fishpen Peninsula on which Cetacea is located is a quite North Eastern sunny position. There is only a three/five minute walk to the main beach, children’s playground, take-away, bike hire and fish tackle shop. The lake's edge gives you the convenience of fishing, prawning, boating and swimming.

Payment Policy

Tariffs:Are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a full deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.

Deposit: Bookings for Low and Mid Season require a deposit of $300 at the time of booking. Balance of account is due on arrival. Bookings will not be held without a deposit.

Bookings for High Season require a 50% deposit at the time of booking . Balance is payable on 1 December prior to arrival. Bookings will not be held without a deposit.

Payments:Direct Debit or cash preferred, some merchant facilities available at a cost of 2.0%.

Where a credit card has been supplied this entitles Cetacea Luxury Apartments to process any outstanding monies.

Electronic transfers please deposit to BSB 062-649, Account No 10053231 and label clearly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy

Cetacea Luxury Apartments adopts the following policy when dealing with the cancellation or amendment of a holiday reservation:

Low and Mid Season Bookings:
• If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
• If the reservation is cancelled (or made and then cancelled) less than 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If a reservation had been made and in the case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Christmas or Easter Holiday Bookings (High Season)
• All Christmas and Easter holiday bookings require a 50% deposit fee.
• If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
• If the reservation is cancelled (or made and then cancelled) less than 60 days prior to the planned date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged

Short stays & overnight stays must be paid for in advance; no refund.

All booking cancellations will extract a $100 administration fee. There will be no refund on early departure.
