Please note on all overdue accounts you are liable for all collection costs and we reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% per month compounding. In accordance with the Privacy Act (1993) I authorise any persons or company to give information as may be required in response to credit inquiries.
Credit card details are required at the time of booking and payment for the first night's accommodation will be debited upon confirmation. Advance purchase non-refundable bookings require payment in full at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to reconsider the availability of a current accommodation booking should you choose to reduce the length of stay. If on arrival you choose to reduce the length of your stay, the full amount due of the original booking may be charged.
If you choose to cancel accommodation bookings, this must be done a minimum of 24 hours prior to the commencement of your stay. You will be charged the total of your first night's accommodation if your cancellation falls within 24hours of check in.
In the event of group accommodation bookings, one month's notice is expected to be given. If cancelled inside of this period a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking may be charged or any deposit paid forfeited.
All cancellations will incur an additional NZD$5.00 administration fee.
For conference room bookings please give as much notice as possible for any cancellations. Any cancellation of less than 4 weeks will incur full cost of the conference room hire. Late cancellation may also incur charges for unrecoverable costs e.g. catering, equipment hirage etc.
Cancellation or changes to Non-refundable bookings are not permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a Non-refundable booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.
