Hidden gem on the property of Charm Lodge, rustic country tiny home stay. Book in quick for a unique and romantic getaway. Breakfast, champagne or picnic packages can be organised. Heating and cooling in the van to help with all weather conditions.
Wood for the fire pit included. We can fill the tub for you. Light breakfast included. Free use of bikes, boards, kayak included.
Rainwater in a basin by the van. Gas burner and pots available. Digital detox. Electricity but no phone coverage or WiFi. Enjoy the surrounding nature and the millions of stars at night.

The Cozy Dome is a unique igloo-inspired dome designed for an enchanting and intimate experience. Perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking a one-of-a-kind stay, this captivating dome provides an immersive escape into the great outdoors of the Kerang Lakes. Collect your supplies before arriving, and then switch off and relax when you get to Charm Lodge.
A breakfast hamper is available for $25 for two and delivered. please book ahead. Cheese and wine hampers are also available for $60 sm or $100 lrg
Inside the dome, you'll find a carefully curated ambience featuring plush bedding, soft lighting, and a Persian-inspired interior. The semi-transparent facade of the dome allows stargazing opportunities, offering a romantic and tranquil atmosphere as you unwind and connect with the serene surroundings. Come and feed the animals or walk by the lake or farm.
A BBQ and hut ( with coffee and tea facilities and an eski for BYO ice) are next door, with a romantic pit fire in front. The toilet and shower are a 150m walk away. It's an unplugged experience; however, a recharge point, lighting, and aircon for warmer days are available.
Bikes, a kayak, and stand-up paddle boards are available upon request.

CONDITIONS OF STAY:
SHARED AMENiTITES AND RECREATION EQUIPMENT
Charm Lodge has multiple accommodation options which include ‘The lodge’ and ‘Florence’ the caravan. The shared places includes the pool/spa, gardens and lawns. Recreational equipment includes, bikes, paddle boards and canoe. Safety gear must be worn when using recreational equipment. Guests are welcome to walk through the farm, closing all gates that you open. Any equipment used ie: cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment, bbq, spa should be left in the condition found.
PETS
Pets are welcome but must be approved on booking. We are a working farm with sheep, alpacas and chooks but also have native wildlife that likes to visit.
We request that pets must not be left alone throughout your stay, pets are supervised at all times indoor/outdoors and on lead when outdoors. Pets are not to go on any furniture or beds and owners are to clean up after their pets. A pet fee of $20 applies per stay due to additional cleaning requirements.
ADDITIONAL VISITORS
Only guest booked to stay at Charm Lodge are permitted to be on the property. We are a no party venue (in accommodation spaces), but small gatherings/barbeques are permitted. Approval required by management for additional visitors coming on property. This is not applicable to function bookings.
CHILD POLICY AND EXTRA PERSON POLICY:
Charm Lodge welcomes children. Children aged 0 - 5 may share the existing bedding in any room with parents. No additional fees apply. We do not provide roll-a-way beds or cots.
RATES AND INCLUSIONS:
Rates quoted are per room per night in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of 10% goods and services tax (GST). A stay at Charm Lodge includes light continental breakfast.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in time is from 3pm. Check-out time is 10am. Where possible, flexibility with early check-in and late check-out will be provided, however, these are unable to be guaranteed.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Per room
Lake House: One queen size bed suitable for up to 2 people.
Boat House: One queen size bed suitable for up to 2 people
Farm House: Two king single size beds suitable for up to 2 people.
DAMAGE:
Any damage caused to the property will be charged for, including odours caused by smoking in rooms and damage caused by pets. Please communicate any accidental breakages.
Consideration may be given for flexibility of any policy due to exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card with sufficient funds is required to confirm a reservation. Payment will be taken for the first night of your stay. Should payment not be able to be processed we will contact you on the email provided. In the event of no response within 48 hours, Charm Lodge reserves the right to cancel the booking without further recourse.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Union Pay. A surcharge of 2% is added on all credit card payments. Direct bank payment details can be forwarded.
The above payment policy applies unless separate agreement made with management.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within seven (7) days of arrival will forfeit the charge for the first night.
We will make every effort to resell any rooms cancelled, in which event, the cancellation fee will be refunded in full. No refunds can be given in the event of non-arrival.
