Property Information
Chocolate Gannets Beachfront Luxury Villas are opposite a beautiful sandy beach, right in the middle of the spectacular Great Ocean Road. Chocolate Gannets offers four luxury accommodation for families and couples with spectacular views of the southern ocean. The Otway National Park is a short drive away, and the world famous 12 Apostles about 90 minutes away.
Each villa comprises of 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, fire place and a separate spa room.
Chocolate Gannets is 2.5km outside the Apollo Bay township - making it ideally close to the town's restaurants and cafes, but far enough to ensure calm and serenity. Walking to town is a wonderful 30-minute beach walk.

Accommodation Access
Chocolate Gannets Beachfront Villas are self-catered and there is no reception desk. On the day you arrive we will send you a text message with the access code to your Villa. Please make sure you have provided a valid mobile number. If you require the code sent by email instead, please let us know.
Otherwise, please call us on +61 488 063 419 (Whatsapp available) on the day you arrive to receive your access code.
Check In time is 3:00pm and Check Out time is 11:00am
One free undercover parking spot per villa.
Children are welcome.
Payment Policy
Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer, and payment is required at least 7 days before checking in.
If you would like us to instead charge the credit card used to secure the booking that's absolutely fine, too.
Please advise us if you have done a bank transfer so that we don't accidentally charge the credit card.
Chocolate Gannets has decided not to surcharge guests that book direct for using credit cards. If you would like to pay by bank transfer we would appreciate it.

Cancellation Policy
Direct bookings (made through chocolategannets.com.au or by phone): entirely refundable if cancelled, modified or postponed more than 7 days prior to check in day. If cancelled, modified or postponed less than 7 days prior, it is non refundable.
Direct bookings for all four villas together: entirely refundable if cancelled, modified or postponed more than 14 days prior to arrival. If cancelled, modified or postponed less than 14 days prior to arrival, any dates that we are able to rebook will be refunded.
Bookings from OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, Wotif, etc) cancelled more than 14 days prior to check-in date are refundable. If cancelled, modified or postponed less than 14 days prior to check-in date, they are non-refundable.
