Late check-out / early check-in fee
A surcharge of half of the rate of the room is applied when guests request for late checkout or early check-in.

Child Policy
Up to two (2) children aged 12 years old and below can stay free of charge accompanied by paying adults. There is no breakfast provided for children staying for free. There are no available cots in the hotel.

Extra Person Charge
Extra person is P850 per person per night including breakfast. Extra persons are permitted only on a limited number of rooms, so it's best to call the hotel for this type of request.

Guests with limited mobility can request for special arrangements (i.e. wheelchair, elevator access) in order to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Please note that such requests are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Lost or damaged keycard is subject to a fee of P400.00 per keycard.

An incidental deposit of P500.00 per room is required upon arrival, to be refunded during check out.

All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of P1,000 per room per night will be charged to rooms that violate this policy.

Pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy

Accepted modes of payment are cash (Philippine Peso) and credit or debit cards (Visa and Mastercard only).

For direct reservations made through email or phone, payment of 50% of the total bill is required seven (7) days prior to arrival. Payment should be deposited to the following Metrobank Account:
