About Our Motel

Grafton is situated on the beautiful Clarence River in Northern NSW and is famous for its Grafton July Racing Carnival, Bridge to Bridge Ski race and Jacaranda festival. The Civic Motel Grafton is a family owned and operated 3.5 star rated Motel centrally located in the heart of Grafton. Situated in Pound Street adorned with the famous Jacaranda Trees and across the street from the Jacaranda Hotel where cold beer and hot food is available daily. We are located in the centre of the city, 200m away from Market Square where Farmers Markets are held every Thursday 3-7pm. Away from the noise of the Highway, yet not high priced. Netflix, Stan and Foxtel are available provided at no extra cost, as are use of the pool and BBQ area and kitchen. We have limited undercover parking, first in applies. All rooms have double glazed windows to ensure peace and quiet. Microwave, utensils, toasters, irons and ironing boards are in all rooms. We have 10 well accommodated rooms types available which are modern and spotlessly clean room with comfortable beds. Group bookings are most welcome. Please call us for 5% room discount. We aren't happy unless you're happy.

If you are arriving after 6pm (M-F) and 3pm (Sat/Sun) please advise reception and a PIN code can be sent to you to access your key.

Please note – Due to limited parking bays, parking is first in, there can only be ONE vehicle parked onsite per room. All rooms are NON SMOKING, we have a designated smoking area downstairs in the outdoor seating area down the back.
I agree to pay all accommodation costs, and any other services provided by the Civic Motel, I also agree to pay for any damage, breakage, or any items missing from the room on check out.
Please make sure all air cons, heating, TV and lights are turned off when leaving your motel room, I accept management can enter any occupied or unoccupied room and turn off any electrical appliance if left on.
I accept $100 cleaning fee will be debited to my credit card if smoking occurs in my room during my stay, if the room is left in a bad state of cleanliness I understand that an additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
Non-return of a room key will incur a $100 replacement fee.
