Cleveland Motor Inn is a comfortable and quiet Motel to accommodate you while in the Redlands Area.
Our 3.5 (almost a 4) star motel, with 16 air-conditioned ground floor rooms, is located approximately 750 meters from the heart of Cleveland in a quiet secluded area away from heavy traffic thoroughfares and construction areas. You have a wide choice of rooms ranging from a large double room through to a 2 bedroom family unit that can sleep 6.
You can park your car outside of your room, and by prior arrangement an extra parking space for another vehicle or trailer can be organised.
Our Motel is an excellent motel for tourists, families, business people and social groups. Situated conveniently close to the heart of Cleveland, our motel is a great place to stay whilst you enjoy the Moreton Bay Islands, the Sirromet Mt Cotton winery, Alexandra Hills Convention Centre, Chandler Swimming complex, and many other local tourist attractions in the region.

Set in the heart of Cleveland’s Heritage precinct, you can enjoy the convenience of being close to all the facilities this thriving Bayside community has to offer or simply relax around the pool in our quiet, secluded, landscaped garden

Terms & Conditions

The pool and barbecue facilities are there for you to enjoy. Please note children MUST be supervised by an adult while within the pool area.

In consideration of the tariff to be paid by me to Cleveland Motor Inn, I agree as follows:
* To pay for any loss or damage to the property and its contents during my occupancy of the property.
* That I will not make a claim against Cleveland Motor Inn or the owner, for any damages or loss to my goods or valuable during my occupancy of the room.
* To pay a replacement fee for any keys / remote's lost or not returned on the departure date.
* To leave the room in a clean and tidy state and to pay additional cleaning fees if it is not left in a clean and tidy state.
* To pay a deodorising fee of $250.00 if smoke is detected within the room.
* I agree to the full settlement and any outstanding charges of my account upon checkout.
* There is a zero tolerance policy on parties being held in rooms or with in the Motel grounds. A party is defined as:
1. Any situation where the maximum number of guests allowed per room is exceeded.
2. Any situation where the noise level from the room is deemed to high, thereby disturbing other motel guests and/or the motel residents.
3. Any situation whereby excessive traffic to /from the room is identified.
4. Any situation where it is deemed that excessive intoxication is occurring or that excessive alcohol is present.
* In the event that any room /guest is identified as having a party, Cleveland Motor Inn Management reserves the rights to request all occupants of the room,
including the registered guest to vacate the premise immediately.
* In the event an eviction does occur, the registered guest will forfeit the tariff paid and any expenses resulting from additional cleaning, damage and repairs
to the room or property grounds and if an out sourced security company is called to assist in the eviction, a fee may be payable ($200.00).
* The physical or verbal abuse assault / abuse on the motel staff, other guests, room residents, members of the public on Motel premises or any incident for
which the police are required to attend, may also result in eviction.
By accepting this booking, I agree to the above statements and that I authorise payment from the credit card details provided if necessary.

Payment Policy

A deposit of up-to 30% may be charged at time of booking. The deposit is refundable subject to our 72 hour cancellation policy, excluding Non-Refundable bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Refund for Non-Refundable bookings is subject to approval.
For other bookings a full refund if cancelled 72 hours prior to check in time.
The guest may be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
